I placed an online order at about 5 PM ON CHRISTMAS FOR PICKUP AT 6;30. THE ONLINE ORDER COULD HAVE BEEN PICKED UP AT 5:45. WHEN I ARRIVED AT 6:40PM SEVERAL PEOPLE WERE IN LINE ORDERING AND WAITING. I PAID FOR MY ORDER AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE AN ADDITIONAL 20 MIN... THE FOOD IS USUALLY QUITE GOOD... BUT THEY TEND TO BE SLOW. BUT TO HAVE A LARGE ORDER OF $100 NOT READY FOR 2 HOURS IS NOT GOOD BUSINESS AND DEFINATELY NOT GOOD SERVICE. AT 7:00 EVERYONE IS GONE WITH THEIR ORDERS. AND I AM STILL WAITING. THEY HAD BETTER BE GLAD THEY HAVE NO OR LITTLE COMPETITION. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND PROBABLY WILL NOT RETURN... THE CASHIER EVEN GOT SMART WHEN I COMPLAINED ABOUT OVER 10 PEOPLE ORDERING AND BEING SERVED BEFORE I GOT MY ORDER. AND THE 2 HOURS THEY HAD TO PREPARE THE ORDER. We are now running 30 minutes late for a Christmas party. Thinking we may not have all our food... time constraints keep us from taking a good look at the food. Unfortunately, when we opened the food, two of the six quart items were missing along with an extra container of sweet and sour sauce. THE ONLY SAVING GRACE IS THAT THE FOOD WAS GOOD. I CALLED AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD REFUND THE ITEMS NOT INCLUDED OR GIVE THEM TO ME LATER. I think they waited until I arrived and paid because the bill said, "NEW CUSTOMER." WE HAVE EAT THERE SINCE THEY BEGAN BUSINESS. I HAD JUST SET UP AN ONLINE ACCOUNT SO WE COULD ORDER AND GIVE THEM PLENTY OF TIME. I WOULD HAVE PAID ONLINE, BUT YOU CANNOT PAY ONLINE. YOU HAVE TO PAY AT THE RESTAURANT. NOTICE THE $2.65 "CONVENIENCE FEE" FOR ORDERING ONLINE!!!! NOTHING CONVENIENT ABOUT THIS ORDER OR THIS RESTAURANT! A WELL MEANING, "I'M SORRY. IT WAS OUR FAULT!" COULD HAVE HELPED A LITTLE BY SHOWING A LITTLE REMORSE AND CONCERN FOR THE CUSTOMER. Read moreI have been eating at this restaurant off and on since my early 20's possibly late teens. The food tastes good. The problem with this place is their complete dishonesty at the register. If you ever order multiple items watch as she bangs away at the register, if you interrupt or try to ascertain the price she is very rude, once even she added it up four times the 3rd showing the true price (exclaims "no mistake!") then redesign it to over $70 then shuts off the register and tells me "sorry, $20" (being about 1.2-40 discount That one time she knew she looked bad). I go every Mon when I'm in town to get lunch for my Mom & often her BF or a friend of mine. I usually give them whatever they don't charge me out of $25 for 3 or $15 for 2. I'd give more but frankly I get upset about how the same items cost vary every week despite the constant 6.49 price for awhile now. Today it cost 30.05 for 3 6.49 meals and I took it bc I already said what I was getting to my Mom but I'll never spend 6.49 much less my $1200-$1500/year donation for dishonest Chinese Takeout. Read moreThis was our first time eating Chinese since moving here. It is definitely not what we’re used to. I had sesame chicken, and it was hard and tasteless. My husband had the sweet sour pork, and it was the same as my chicken. The fried rice is yellow rice. The fried Rangoon and egg rolls also left a lot to be desired. I would say that 75% of our food (while pricey at $35 for two meals!) went in the trash.
