Terrible service - they don't care about long term customers

I placed an order I was told 30 minutes to pick up a pizza I am there almost every week and generally its early today after waiting 45 I asked how much longer and was told they just put it in the oven. This is unacceptable! I was told computers in back weren't working, this is not an excuse I should have been told of delay since girl at counter admitted after I asked was my order sent in back after I paid she said yes. That is when I should have been told about the problem and that the pizza was going to be delayed. I asked for manager and he said "well it's a computer the break down" he could have cared less about the problem. I cancelled my order. This is not how to run a business. Can't say I'll be back anytime soon, if at all. They lost a long time once a week customer. I did contact corporate and was told that they would have the owner contact me it has now been over a week and no contact from the owner or anyone from...

This is a tale of 2 experiences. I first tasted their pizza at an event held at Del Webb. I loved the pizza. 8 pizzas were delivered. Still hot, loads of toppings. Nice thin and crispy crust. The way I enjoy my pizza. I asked where the pizza came from. Because I normally get my pizza elsewhere. But a few days later. I decided to go there, wait and pick up a pizza for dinner. The staff was nice, friendly, and helpful. Unfortunately for me. That's where it ended. When I got home. I found that my pizza and very little toppings? I ordered a 14" favorite four. In actuality, 3 of my slices had no toppings. Just cheese. Although I was able to see the sausage, the mushrooms, onions and peppers were non-existent. I understand that they were under the cheese. Placed a catering order by telephone with Papa Saverios for a full tray of meat lasagna.with the warming tray and Sterno on 9/17/19 at 8.38 pm for pickup at 5 pm on Saturday 6/22/19 at 5 pm. When I got there at 4:55 pm to ask for my order, I was told that there was no catering order in the system for Saturday. I was told this by a young man who said he was the manager. I called my wife you had called the order in while I was present. She checked her phone log which confirmed the date, time and correct number for this location. The manager said he was working the phones that night and he never took an order for lasagna. I ask if anyone else worked that night whom might have taken the order. His response was that he didn't know who was working. I asked if he could check the schedule for that night and he said that there was no record of who worked.
