Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Sachse

This review is completely on whoever owns this franchise. This failure…is on the shoulders of management. I ordered online approximately 7:08 pm for carry out. My order was not going to be ready until 8:10 pm. So I head over to the store to pick it up about 8:00 pm. I pull up, and there are no cars in the parking lot. The lights are on, but it looks closed. There is a handwritten sign on the door with a chair placed backwards in front of the door from the inside. I pull around to the drive through and wait for about 4 minutes. No one is visible in the store, it looks closed. After the 4 minutes with no employee in sight, I call the store number. It rings off the hook until the call is disconnected. I then open my door and knock on the window to the drive through. I wait another few minutes, and no one responds. I then call the store again, again it rings off the hook until my call is disconnected. My wait outside the drive through is approaching 15 minutes. I then knock again on the drive through window harder this time. Within about 2 minutes, an employee appears from the rear of the store, unlocks the drive through window and says, “Sorry, I am busy”. The one Verry large man working the night shift was very rude. I had to wait a very long time before I was even acknowledged being in the store after I kept asking for someone to come to the counter he erased his voice at me was very rude and never let me finish what I was trying to say when I tried explaining to him what order I was there to pick up snatch the food I had in my hands out of my hands yelled at me overall was a very bad experience. This is my third time having a terrible experience at this restaurant. All the other locations nearby are great great I love the Wylie location the Plano and the Murphy location always a great experience. The sax one is always very rude very confrontational and never tries to help me with my order , it is gross. I have seen roaches in the lobby and they are always very rude. Service at this branch is awful. I used the app to order food and selected delivery and added a tip. I got confirmation 19 minutes after that the pizza is ready. I’m 1 mile away from the store. After 15 minutes I called and asked where it was. They claimed it was a pick up. I spoke to the manger and first she argued and then said “DoorDash is here and the food is on its way.” 30 minutes later no food. I called back asking where the food was. They said again it’s a pick up. I asked for the manager and she said “you called 10 minutes ago and DoorDash just picked it up.” They’re saying whatever to get you off the phone.
