The bar was great had a fantastic time tonight sitting in the parking lot having a cigarette in my car singing some songs because it is karaoke night training my voice met a new person sorry this person supposedly was a bad person to them seems like a great person to me has his faults need some help was talking to him to provide the gentleman some help I was harass three times by the bar owner asking me what was I smoking in my car what was I doing in my car passenger was asked what did he have in his hands which was nothing had sachse police called on me and the person that was in my car when we were doing nothing wrong bar owner overreacted if this was even the bar owner seems like a hot headed punk to me just trying to play some bull games as I seen this person outside smoking cigarettes talking with multiple women seeming that he's using his power of the bar to meet women I could be wrong that's what it seemed to me. Active what I said had no meeting as I am a new patron of this bar so in light of all this I give this bar a zero and customer service . This gentleman that owns a bar supposedly was not even dressed correctly as in someone that runs a bar in establishment dresses in the correct formthis is the reason why hole-in-the-wall bars are hole in the wall boards they will never be a bar of top standards. I have security licenses and been trained and have worked in a number of DFW bars. This man's conduct was out of order. In my training politics is everything talk to your clients / patrons but yet I was not even given a chance to speak the individual came at me rudely not knowing who I am or who I could be maybe I'm a low-level person baby I'm on have fun hardballer his respect was none there I will not be visiting this establishment again and now supposedly I am barred from his esteemed establishment whoopty Doo this is terrible their customer service is zero. Asking questions would have got him...
Read moreBartender on Weds night was the rudest person I've ever had serve me. I came in with a group of friends and 1 guy went to order us drinks. I figured the girl saw me already and just chose not to ask for my ID since she gave out a round of drinks for us. When she came by the table, we asked if the kitchen was still open. She said very bluntly "No but can I see your ID". I hadn't even asked for another drink. Her attitude was super unwelcoming and made it seem like I didn't deserve to be asking for food because she was now skeptical of my age. Probably should've checked who she was serving when she poured the first drinks... But I showed her my ID and we continued ordering drinks. Other people would order for me since I wasn't sitting on the end and she couldn't really hear. But she didn't look at me for the rest of the night. She did make good drinks and brought them out fast, but I would never come back there with the way she was treating me. At 2, the karaoke girl dismissed everybody and people started finishing their last drinks like a typical bar at 2am. The bartender gave people literally just a few mins before she started screaming for everyone to get out. That was the real icing on the cake. My friend had went to the restroom (it hadn't even been 5 mins!) and we were waiting for him to head outside and wait for the uber. Our table stood up to show her the respect that we were on our way out (while other people were still sitting at the bar ignoring her), but she did not have 15 seconds to wait! She started making rounds and shooing people, said "you can wait outside!" and proceeded to scoot everyone out and lock the doors. I've never seen a bar locked down before 2:10. At the end of the night I got to see that it wasn't just me. She was rude with the way she spoke to...
Read moreSo I didn't want to drive to my regular karaoke spot in Dallas so I drove to a new spot I saw before call tipsy chicken. I walk in an automatically fall in love with this hole on the wall. Every time you go out for karaoke you get a Jell-O shot got to love that. The first person I encounter is Desiree and Sam. It was February's first day in she immediately came to us and made sure we were taken care of while Sam supervised and made sure things were going well then Amber came out and Assisted Desiree making drinks for me and a friend. Sam watched with a proud look which was very very warranted. He then told me Amber has only been here four days. Not even five minutes in I felt like home. Drink ordered I was ready to get on the karaoke list went to DJ Tommy and he qued me right up. Now I also love playing pool and with three tables I was able to get right on. I usually go to Dallas and have to go to two different spots for good pool and karaoke but here it's in one spot and right up the street from home and five nights a weeks they have karaoke. I've found my new homegrown hole in the wall. What really made my night is I'm 21 years service industry and when I ordered food the cook missy came up to me to ask questions about exactly how I wanted my order made and when I tell you this bar food was on point omg and they serve till 12:30. I instantly knew this is my new spot. If you have never been come see this crew I felt as if I was among friends for years at the house having a night without the kids. This place is probably the best bar I've been too in a long time. Definitely gonna be here a lot. And did I mention between me and my friend PLENTY of drinks and the food the tab was 50 dollars omg unheard...
