I rarely go there without waiting 20 minutes or more and the staff not screwing up my order or forgetting something. I'd say 75% if the time they do not include my entire order. This time they at least got my order correct, but it took 15 minutes to get fries and a drink.
5/16/25 Welllll, I went there again as this is right down the street from my house and I figured I would give an all time favorite another chance. I believe we are on double digits for times in a row they have screwed up my order. This was my first time back after the last time was a 45 minute wait and screwed up my order. Today, I once again placed an order... this time a #7 with large tots and a large Coke, with my son's kid's meal. We get the order and no #7 hamburger. I push the button to let them know I didn't get the burger and they said it's not on my ticket. How in the world do you order a #7 and it's not on the order? Thos doesnt make logical sense. They did offer to ring it up for me after I had already waited 20 minutes. What was it I waiting for if it wasn't to cook a burger?
This isn't the first, 3rd, or 5th time this has happened...in a row. Please, get competent owners that can hire a competent staff. There are many fast food establishments that do not screw up orders...EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.
I'm now upset with myself for not documenting every single time they screw up the order. We aren't talking orders with edits or anything...basic orders with a burger/corn dogs/etc, fries/tots, and a drink.
Thank you Sonic for screwing up once again and then offering to make me wait again and pay. That was nice of y'all.

The Ice - The Ice deserves 5 stars. It is formed into soft, bite sized pellets that crunch oh, sooo smoothly between the grooves in your teeth. It is True Ice! Therefore, it starts melting, right away, which minimizes tooth burn, when you bite it. If you enjoy tooth burn, you can pop a few of these into a spot at once and enjoy the melting fire, the bite fire, our both. You will not feel The Inferno, which is the broken tooth sensation you feel when biting very large ice pieces before they have melted enough. The Sonic ice pellets are not large enough to suit that desire. As it is True Ice, leaving it on the counter for a few minutes will enable the pellets to start sticking together and being frozen into blocks. This means that you'll often have to floor your ice. Tile is the preferred material to floor the Ice on because of the bag quality. Remember that it's True Ice, so carpet is a No No, unless you enjoy fuzz on your pellets. The bag - 2 stars for the bag. The Sonic's ice bag is a very thin, plastic material. The material is not thick enough, or designed for, the constant flooring of the heavy blocks. It can lead to you screaming as your beautiful pellets land on the floor, per Broken Bag Syndrome. You must then decide if the 5 Second Rule, applies in this situation. All Is Not Lost - This Ice Is very Stabbable!! Even a butter knife will easily separate blocked pellets without bag stab thrus. I raise bag quality to 3, per this option. On the other hand, this method is more time consuming, than flooring. I use the F-S repeat technique on Tile, to minimize Broken Bag Syndrome. So...If not for the bag quality, I'd have given Sonic's...

Today, I ordered four large drinks. With four drinks, you are supposed to get a cup holder. We waited for over 15 minutes, and then when the carhop came out, she was rude. We asked for a cup holder, and she literally side eyed us and went āYeahā. We waited another five minutes and she never came out, so we drove around the building to the drive thru.
As we were pulling around to the drive thru, we saw the same carhop delivering another order. This was over five minutes later and she had not brought us our cup holder, but was delivering other orders. I decided to call the store and spoke to the manager. Iām not sure if he said his name was Keish or Keith, but he did apologize. However, I was repeatedly telling him we had pulled through the drive thru, and we just wanted a cup holder. I told him about seven times. After an additional 10 minutes on the phone, asking for a cup holder and waiting in the drive thru, I hung up and we left. Still without a cup holder.
This is a perfect example of why I donāt tip in the app. This is the only place I donāt tip in the app. If someone does well, I can always give them more, but I canāt give them less if Iāve tipped in the app. Iām just over this store.
