The food is tasty as expected and the service is about what I've expected it to be. Yes, I've had what you might refer to as a "bad experience" eating at restaurants but it really depends on how big your ego is and how you react. Mistakes are impossible to avoid forever because eventually something will happen and that's okay, just accept it and proceed with your day. The people who cause disturbances and leave terrible reviews are just delusional and under the control of their massively inflated egos, which never surprises me to say the least. Ordered through slice. The description of the smoked chicken pizza is not how the pizza actually comes. It never said anything about Sriracha sauce on the pizza. I thought I got the wrong pizza so I initially called to get the right pizza coming to me. My office used to be near Primos original location over in Dallas and I used to pickup pizza or calzone for lunch regularly. Any time I am over in that area I make it a point to get pizza. I also brought my family there a few times and ruined them on any other pizza. Living in Sachse over the years I jokingly told the owners to please open one in Sachse since there is no real pizza around here.
