TAQUERIA DIANA#5 — Restaurant in Sachse

Ordered online, payed with my card, I go try to pick it up, then I’m told my order wasn’t there, then someone else in the back was working on it, (Doesn’t make sense) and then immediately told the order wasn’t payed for even though the cashier just told me they couldn’t find the order. I then payed in person, only to find I was getting charged twice. I show the workers the online receipt and proved it was payed for online with the order number present & everything, and all they could say was “Oh I don’t know, sorry about that”. I then ask if I can refund the amount I just payed for, then they said I couldn’t & told me to just “cancel” the order even though it was already completed. What a horrible experience I had over there, and I refuse to step foot in there ever again.

They usually do a good job but the lady that works the register that bearly speaks English has no business being up there. She really tried to scam me by not telling me the total and didn’t want to give me my receipt when I got it I realized she upcharged my card. Very disappointed. Update: I went back again and they tried to scam me again, by charging me for an extra taco AND i asked for another sauce they tried to charge me and extra $1 but it clearly said 1 for .50 cents and 3 for $1. NEVER COMING BACK HERE EVER AGAIN! getting scammed twice is...

DO NOT EAT HERE. But if you have to, DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!!!!! I spent $12 on a torta, and when I went in, they said they didn't get the order. They didn't speak English (seriously?) so I sent my boyfriend in who speaks Spanish. They still claimed they didn't have an order. I called Menustar and they started a 3way call to the restaurant. They didn't answer.. so I called from my phone number and surprise, they answered. Said "no English" and hung up. Now I'm waiting on a refund days from now. Shady!!!!! Seems...
