Worst customer service experience of my 50-year life. On Friday, August 14th around 10:30 am, after waiting waiting about 20 minutes for my order, I politely asked the worker, "Excuse me, I was just wondering about my order, I've been waiting about 20 minutes." I thought that maybe the order was lost or somebody else may have accidentally picked it up.The worker gave me a glare and walked away. The next thing I knew the head manager was calling me over to the cash register telling me to pick up my money and get out. I told him that I wasn't asking for my money back I just wanted my order. He raised his voice and yelled at me to "get out of his store now!" I looked at him in disbelief and asked, "why, what did I do?" He yelled "I won't have anyone abusing my employees!" I told him all I did was ask about my order. He yelled at me again to get out or he would call 911 and the police. Just then my coffee showed up. I said ok, just give me my donut and I'm out. The manager then preceded to scream at the top of his lungs again for me to take my money and get out and started dialing in his phone. I couldn't believe it. I looked at the other customers behind me and they seemed too shocked to speak. So I left (never did get my donut) in bewilderment. It seemed like I was in some sort of alternate universe or twilight zone. Have never had this kind of experience in 50 years, what I am saying is absolutely true and that manager needs some serious anger management training. Read moreThis is the worst Dunkin' that you could ever go to. Do not go here unless you have at least 20 to 25 minutes to wait for one single cold brew coffee black. If you add additional items prepare to wait more. Most of your wait will be caused by 75% of the staff being out back smoking cigarettes at the same time there is a line of customers around the building. Once those employees decide to go back to work, they will more than likely deliver you the wrong food! understand, I run a company with about 100 people. I don’t typically write reviews like this, because I understand that when you work with people things happen. However, for those of us that are trying to get to work, I felt like it was worth warning people who are just trying to get a simple breakfast so that they can get to their meetings on time! Read moreI had not been to this location before. Walked in with a smile on my face. There was one customer. I waited for probably a minute Plus for anyone to greet me at all. When I did step up to order my drink I asked the guy how she was doing this morning and she grunted at me. And then got my order wrong. When I asked if I could have the cream please she put it in a paper cup and handed it to me without saying anything. I imagine it was the manager that had the headset on? I couldn't get her attention at all. I stood at the counter trying to get someone's attention to get the cream for my coffee for more than a minute so I chatted with the one customer that was in there about the weather. That conversation with the one customer that was in there was the highlight of that experience. I'm not trying to get anybody in trouble for anything but that was really really disappointing and not even remotely what I'm accustomed to in the morning at a Dunkin' Donuts in my experience.
