Carl's Jr. — Restaurant in Sacramento

I came in randomly at 5 something (pm), looking for something to eat after working a 13hr shift, with no lunch break, really just wanting to eat and go to bed. Tired, and I, not being specific on how I wanted my shake (due to me riding a motorcycle) I asked "Jerri" if the shakes were usually this thin? She replied with a very curious look and I said, I apologize, I'm riding a bike and have to put it in my saddle bag, I should have asked you to put a lid on it and offered to pay more. Jerri replied with, (before I could answer) I can add more ice cream to make it thicker? Jerri did not have to, but she went the extra to offer. I absolutely appreciated it and offered to pay for another cup if I needed. It was fantastic to have outstanding service by Jerri at this Carl's Jr.! So, I'd say, stop in, and if you see "Jerri" say Hi!/ but I'm pretty sure she'll be at you to it. I honestly at this point don't care how hot my meal is, Jerri absolutely made my day/night!...

Been craving a teriyaki burger sonwas excited to get one with the comeback. Last minute saw this store on my way to work and decided to get lunch there. First, automated system in drive-thru was an unpleasant encounter. Then I get my burger and drink, paid (thankfully that was a human) and headed out. Grabbed my burger and it was cold. Had to get to work, so ate it. The teriyaki taste burnt, the burger was over salty and it was poorly put together. Then I went to drink my rootbeer and noticed it looked like tea. Took a drink and it tasted like slightly flavored water. Called the store to complain and, after a short wait, got sent to voice mail. I will never eat at that store again. A reminder as to why I rarely eat fast food.

There was a Few particular individuals I truly would like to recognize for outstanding service, the Carl's Jr. Way. That keeps me coming back. Vahanna, for front service cashiering and accurate order taking. Greeting customers making us feel welcome and not ignored. Sandra, for delicious mouth watering burgers and chicken tenders that are actually tender. Not to forget fries that actually taste good. Roshika, for running and maintaining a smooth team participated task to ensure the expectations of me, as a customer, definitely coming back! Definitely come to this fast food and see if your experience is just a great. Who knows, one of these outstanding staff...
