El Pollo Loco — Restaurant in Sacramento

I have bought food here lots of times and first of all the first time i ordered catering food it was over 100 pieces of chicken with rice and beans this happened 6months ago. It was supposed to be ready by 11.00am when my husband went to pick the food it was not ready and they gave us less pieces of chicken.when my husband told them about the they didnt do anything about it so we stopped carting with them. And on friday i bought a 4piece chicken meal for 2 there a employee name maria and the general manager salvador they always like to make fun talking in spanish of customers and make mistake give less food on purpose. The manager salvador has always argument with customers instead of helping them and i feel like he likes to do that with certain customers. Yesterday when i went and talk with the one of the managers about my order he told me i was the only person who complained about getting less food and on friday he said the general manager salvador was the one who put the less chicken in my order. I dont think anyone should go to spend there money here. Very poor service no sign of improvement. Never never never ever going back and would recommend people to...

When I first started going to El Pollo Loco, the food was pretty good and the service was really good. However, the last three times that I have been there over the past two months have made it to where I am not really wanting to go back. I always go through the drive thru, so maybe it's better if I were to go in... drive thru seemed to be taking forever, so yesterday I timed it. When I arrived yesterday there was only one car in the drive thru, that was stopped at the speaker to order. Four minutes later, over the speaker, the employee thanked the driver for waiting and asked what they would like to order. It only took the driver 2 minutes to complete ordering and pull forward to the window. Now it was my turn, but there was no one at the speaker. Three minutes later, I was thanked for waiting and my order was taken... only took a minute. The car ahead of me was still waiting at the window. Six minutes later, the car gets their order and pulled away. Almost three minutes after I pulled up tp the window my payment was collected. Four minutes later I was given my food. I feel that drive thru is not worth my time and gas at...

as of 070920 they are closed for dining in I think, since I only see people doing drive thru including me. . so I never went here before but always past by, since I got some coupons I figure I stop by and give it a try. . I got the classic chicken toatada bowl with a drink. came out to 12.49 almost 13 bucks for fast food ? anyways I was shocked. then luckily I had a coupon which only cost me 5 bucks. makes a big difference. . so the classic chicken tostada, the putter part is cold but crisp which was ok. the inside very bottom was filled with luke warm Spanish rice, tasteless beans, lots of romaine and char grilled Lightly seasoned chicken which had a nice grill taste. then some pico de gallo and sour cream. the meal also came with cilantro ranch dressing which was yummy. and the sauce totally changed the whole taste for the meal, without the sauce it be bland and over price. . was it worth 13 nope not to me but will I go again. sure I will with a coupon. but quality is not there for that price point to be honest. anyways thanks for reading and can't wait to try something new from ello...
