Went with friends to do the karaoke & hot pot room. You do have to call and rsvp in advance. There are 3 options ranging from $40-$70, the menu they give the prices are not updated. They also didn’t tell us that because we are a group of only 3, that we had to do the second most expensive option which was option B. A little disappointing. I don’t understand why but it was whatever. We got the Thai tom yum and house spicy. This is one of the better AYCE hot pots I’ve had. Broth was super flavorful. Meat variety was good, thick and a lot of pieces. The vegetables had a wide range as well. I got the spinach thinking it was going to be a few pieces and it was like a whole bundle so beware if you go there lol. They also have variety of meatballs or fish balls. One of my favorite parts was the wide variety of drinks they offered that were FREE! It ranged from sodas, Thai tea, milk tea, coconut drink, grass jelly drink, sugarcane drink, water and more that I forgot. We drank so many drinks because it was free but the drinks were very tasty! The karaoke was simple, just a connection to YouTube on the phone which is more simple to control. The microphones kept dying but they’d just change the batteries real fast. I do wish the room was a little more soundproof as I can hear my friends singing from the cashier area and further. They also have a bar where you can make your own sauce, grab your own fruits and utensils. They also exclusively have a private VIP bathroom. It’s actually cool because it blends into the wall and it’s cute and super clean. I did not see the public bathroom for the regular guest if you’re just eating hot pots so I can’t compare lol. I’d say another disappointment was that they automatically charged us 18% when we were just a group of 3. They didn’t specify that to us while in the room or on the menu. They just charged us that which was very shocking when we got the bill. Usually most places charge for that when you’re a group of 5+. There’s also a call button that they have for the VIP rooms and they’ll come right away. Lots of options for appetizers. Everything was super flavorful and hot here! Can’t wait to make it a regular spot.

Read more05/15/2024 We arrived at exactly 9 PM for the happy hour menu. Although the menu lists happy hour as 9 PM-12 AM, the restaurant closes at 10 PM, so late-night happy hour is actually only from 9-10 PM.
Pros: The interior dining room is beautifully decorated and spacious. It wasn't overly busy when we visited. The fridge was fully stocked with a variety of drinks, and the sauces and utensils were easily accessible.
Cons: There was no one to greet us when we arrived, so we stood at the front for a little bit until a waitress noticed and seated us. On top of that, the first table we were given was already occupied, and the waitress had to find us another table. Of the initial order we placed on the paper mats, we only received about 60% of the items. We had to reorder after waiting 20 min and realizing the rest had been forgotten. This was a little ridiculous to me as they had taken the paper mats and knew exactly what we had ordered. We found a hair from a previous customer wedged into the metal by the hot pot burner. The self-serve ice cream tasted great but seemed unsanitary, as everyone had to bend down and scoop it themselves. The recommended 1/2 original, 1/2 spicy soup base was disappointing--the original soup base had no flavor. The salmon sashimi was definitely frozen, and it tasted like they only took it out from the freezer 10 min before serving it to us. The worst part of our experience was paying. Despite the menu stating that happy hour excludes the dinner menu, a waitress had explicitly told us it was okay to order from it as part of the happy hour menu. When we went to pay, we were charged the full amount ($35 vs. $25). When I disputed this, the worker claimed it was a misunderstanding and insisted we pay the full price.
Although we visited during the soft opening and understand there's room for improvement, these experiences were extremely off-putting. I won't be returning, and there are plenty of other hot pot restaurants in Sac where I've never had such...
Read moreThis place was much more then just a restaurant, but a total experience! I came here for a birthday lunch with a group of 5, they were happy to re-seat us after feeling like the booth was a little too cramped. First off, everything is sharp and clean! The way it’s styled and decorated was super sleek and modern. They offer rooms for karaoke which reminded me of an adult Chuck- e- cheese, in a good way! It’s not easy to find rooms for small Partys anymore! The only thing that I would like liked, ( and maybe they had this and I just missed it) but the sauce bar was way too complicated for someone like me who doesn’t like her flavors. I would have liked to see a couple premade sauce options. I would say as a first timer, it takes a little while to get into the swing of things, but once you get going, it’s very explorative! I was surprised at how good the corn of the cob came out. All the meats were great and Plentiful, really no shortage of portion sizing. We went with the premium package and really could not complain! The spicy broth was not kidding, even people in my group who don’t usually get bothered by heat, they agreed that it was hot! The ice cream bar was kind of lacking, they had about 6 flavors, but it just wasn’t that tasty. It was nice to have something cold to cleanse the palate afterward though. Ok, lastly.. the bathrooms! It was like a...
