Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Sacramento

Came to order a hot and ready and some Italian cheese bread . I see some sitting in the front so after being told it’ll be a 15 minute wait I ask if it’s possible to get the one of the two boxes I see that’s ready . I was told they belonged to someone who called in for them … mind you there’s a separate case in the front specifically for people who ordered up ahead so instead of arguing , I waited . In the 15 minutes I waited no one came to pick up the pizza or bread that’s probably been sitting here for 30 minutes by now judging by the grease that’s seeping through the box . Again .. no argument I grab my stuff and I quietly wait to be offered peppers and napkins like I witnessed the three men ahead of me and of course I had to ask for them AND a bag for the two liter I purchased. This was a last minute food thing so I can’t blame anybody but myself . Rants over . Do better . If you don’t like customer...

Why aren’t younger people taught respect or what true customer service means? Ordered the extra cheese pizza, then snout 10 minutes go by and a family orders 3 speciality pizzas. When the family received their speciality order, the BOY behind the counter looked at me and asked “what are you waiting for” so when I told him he ran to the back to get them to make it. They forgot my order. Angrily I asked, so now when is my order going to be ready since you obviously forgot to make it when it was ordered. The punk at the counter wouldn’t answer me and went and got his punk manager. His manager says to me, well it’s in the oven now and I said I want to know when it will be done and his response so do you wanna refund. NO APOLOGY OF ANY KIND. NOTHING except asking if I wanted a refund. So I just took my refund and left. I AM SO SICK OF PUNK ATTITUDES...

I've been to quite a few Little Caesars in my time and I have to say this one was the slowest thus far. If you're going for their hot-n-ready pizzas and crazy bread, you'll be in and out for sure. That's not the case if you're ordering a specialty pizza though. I waited at least 15-20 mins, easily. Another gentleman who was there when I walked in waited even longer. He had been waiting for a bit already when I got there. His order wasn't ready until a minute before mine was. That's crazy to me. Any other one and I'm out in about 10 mins, max. Busy or not. The pizzas were good and in the end everyone was satisfied. The wait, however, put me off and I doubt I'll go back to this one again. I realize it's a convenience but when there's four,maybe five, people working at the time I guess I expected it to be quicker. That's...
