MacKenzie's Sports Bar & Grille — Restaurant in Sacramento

Came to eat a light lunch during the week. Just ordered two appetizers and two sodas. Paid around $30. When I received my jalapeño bites (6 in total) I ate one and it was cold in the center. I broke apart another to feel if it was cold and it definitely was. Took them back up to the counter and the waitress apologized, and said she would give me a punch card for a free app on my next visit.

Received a replacement of my food but it was only 4 jalapeño bites not the full amount… I’m guessing it was just the remaining 4 I was served already that were popped in a microwave (much warmer but no longer crunchy). They also did not provide me a coupon for a free app as promised. Food is way too expensive for it to be cold in the center and to be ripped off on a replacement.

The first time I visited, the woman at the cash register was a bit rude. After this second experience, I definitely do not see myself coming back. Might as well fork out the extra money to go to top golf....

Ridiculously priced for mediocre food. I asked for jalapeños instead of bell peppers on my cheese steak. They literally cut a fresh jalapeño and just tossed it in a pile on top of the sandwich. I've never had a cheese steak with uncooked jalapeños. Just plain lazy cooks that put no effort into their food. I'd pass...

Breakfast came out in segments, eggs and potatoes (potatoes were delicious), bacon was brought out (undercooked), then wheat toast (not toasted and drinced in butter), did not eat it. On top of that, you tip in advance and it is very expensive! Won't have breakfast...
