McDonald's — Restaurant in Sacramento

I went to drive thru order 2 fillet fish meals no salt on fries they did anyways when you turn in to their parking lot it's a big hole on their street on their property its dangerous its going to damage someone tires and McDonald's will get sued get it covered up and fix that hole been there for over a year now that's ridiculous get it fix I went here today 1211-20 I Oder small carmel mocha and the lady took my order I had repeat it 3 times she said what 3 times that's not ok for Customer have to repeat order 3 times and for her keep saying what mangers train your staff they need to know how to talk to customers in drive thru when they are taking orders alot of them be rude and that will make me stop coming to this location and my family, and freinds I went this morning get large and small hot carmel mocha one girl at register in inside she make them Good so after she took my order she made them then this manger lady yell out count your draw while she was in middle of maki g my drinks she come from back said I make them I need for you count your draw she was rude and disrespectful she was almost done so she should of let her make them their mangers need to be train and have some respect 4/24/21 marissa dont need be manager she dont know how to talk to customers and she dont know how to make caramel Mocha dont let her make it 7/17/21i had nerve come back to this location on Nov 17th got 2 fish meals was under cook and nasty and had salt on fries and we wanted no salt I'm so done with this location nothing change I want my money back...

Edit: (First review was 3 stars). This is my 2nd review. Friday, October 14th @ ~8:20am. I went in for breakfast ordered a McGriddle Meal for my 4 year old son and someone in the kitchen wrapped a biscuit in a McGriddle wrapper. I went back to give them a chance to right their wrong. It was now lunch and not breakfast and my 4 year old wanted a happy meal. Instead of fixing their mistake by giving me what I want, they gave me a refund and made me pay the dollar and some change difference between a McGriddle meal and a Happy meal. A dollar and some change difference could've saved this store a one star review. I put the blame on the kitchen staff and management team because the kitchen staff wrapped a biscuit in a McGriddle wrapper, which is just deliberate negligence. And the management team decided not to right their wrong. I wish I would've gotten names but the man in the drive thru and the girl at the cash register were lovely and good people. This store repeatedly makes simple mistakes which, sadly, is characteristic of McDonald's. Hope they change...

We tried to use our points which we have done before. Points are giving when you spend money there, but for some reason the manager Marissa said they couldn't be used only earned. So I paid for my food and told my husband to try to get his food inside at kiosk. I went to eat food while waiting, but it was cold. I went in and asked if they could please remake because my burger was and fry were cold. Marissa said it was cold because I took to long trying to use my code. Which we took no more then 5 minutes. She then began to day that we were trying to get everything for free. I reminded her I paid for my food,because she said code wouldn't work. I was so mad that i just asked for money back. She was rude, prejudice, and I say that because she was being rude to my husband who is black. Telling her crew we were wanting our stuff for free. We couldn't use our points so...
