I Love Teriyaki — Restaurant in Rancho Cordova

If you value your dollar and time I would highly advise you to look for another place to dine other than this location of I love teriyaki. This review is not to disparage the I love teriyaki franchise but to share what a horrible experience I had at this particular location and hope that they take this and other complaints serious and restructure their staff in particular the cashier, waitress or whatever is preferred that they be called. In short wow attempting to provide my order this short tempered, rude and totally incomprehensible cashier messed up my order several times and upon the last attempt I calmly addressed it and she took more of an attitude and disregarded my correction. I confirmed that she cared less about it when I received my order and it was absolutely nothing what I order. And when I spoke to her about it she got extremely upset. Everytime I go there they somehow screw up my order today they tried to tell me that the rice they gave me was brown when it was white and had little stains of Brown from the chicken.. When I called and asked the lady she says she doesn't know what color their brown rice is and I paid extra for that. You would think they might get your name or offer you something for free next time but no they just say sorry in hang up. Yesterday I ask for extra soy sauce they gave me only 1 the other time I asked him for steamed vegetables and they gave me steamed lettuce . They can't substitute chicken for tofu and make it more expensive for people who want to eat healthy. White meat, brown rice, tofu is all extra charges they don't do substitute. I ask for cream cheese in my sushi ones I had to pay extra and all they did what cut up little pieces and stick it on top of my sushi. After all their screw up they have never offered me anything as normal...

So I eat here all the time for lunch but they purposely don’t answer their phone . I called like 50 times because the food isn’t made quick and I’m trying to finish it on lunch and they won’t answer I get in the building there is a girl wearing a venom sweatshirt so already not professional and she is not only actively avoiding the phone calls but also isn’t very kind and is sitting at the counter on her cell phone instead of answering paying customers phone calls . She seems to hate her job maybe she should find one she likes…. the longer I wait here waiting for my lunch the more I just feel disappointed and disrespected . This place used to be great but they do not seem to care about customers and this will be the last time I eat here .
