Ramen 101 Town & Country Village — Restaurant in Sacramento

I ordered a Hawaiian BBQ Chicken plate and as I was cutting into the chicken, the underside had a piece of hair grilled into it. I brought my plate back to them and told them about the hair and they didn’t believe me. They kept flipping the piece of chicken over to check and said there was none. She asked her coworkers to look as well but was giving off attitude too. I told her it was on the small piece she kept touching. She brought the plate back to me to show her because she couldn’t see it. I literally spotted the hair for her and pulled it to show that it was grilled onto it because they were saying it was probably my hair. They finally asked me what I wanted and I just asked for a refund because the person ringing me up said it might have been in the marinade since it was a male worker with short hair cooking. Terrible service. Don’t go here go to teriyaki time next door. I work at a near by car dealer and I eat out for lunch in this area almost everyday. I ordered a small fountain drink and they gave us small cups and lids. We filled up soda and waited for our food. The manager or supervisor came by said those aren’t for soda wanted to charge us $8 for a soda we already thought we paid for. Ended up taking our cups and dumping them. I would never return back to this place because of the service was extremely unprofessional. I’m sure the lady wasn’t the owner and the real owner wouldn’t be happy about throwing out ppl over small amounts of soda that the employee gave them after we ordered sodas… Avoid this place. Food ended...

Straight to the point, customer services is seriously down the trash with this business at Ramen 101. All serv workers question you like your going to steal food or like you did not pay. Then you greet them a good day and they don't even look at you. Very limited seating and cleanliness is horrible, bathroom's are trashed not cleaned and you still gotta wait for even a code 12345 to enter a service bathroom that regardless should be open to public as you are a service business provider per city code. And or If you serve any drink or sell it you must provide a clean service bathroom period. BEWARE IF...
