Superior Donuts — Restaurant in Sacramento

While I was grabbing a donut in the morning. Another customer was saying him and his friend(older gentlemen) needed to use the restroom. The man who asked had a thick accent, and right after he asked the owners son(he said he was at least) came out to the men and starting shouting who has the problem. They were saying the restroom has been closed for a while now, and we're just wondering when it will be back open. I'm never going back, the son did not need to escalate it like that over a miscommunication. He should have been more professional. AND THE DONUTS ARNT EVEN THAT...

I have lived across the street from this place for about 2 years now. The staff are very rude to customers that buy small quantities. They claim to have "lost" the bathroom key every time I have asked. The lobby has no electrical outlets so you can't charge. They charge $0.60 for a cup of lukewarm tap water with no ice. Recently, they declined my friend a cup of water when he had no money and I had to go in and get one for him (with no money). I would rather walk to Yum Yum's then give them my business. Mobile1 on Fruitridge has better donuts priced...

I love this donut shop!!!! Especially at 2 am I can go to the walk up window and get fresh jelly filled donut holes. There the only donut shop I know of that puts jelly or custard inside there donut holes and they are to die for. (Literally since not many are brave enough to be on Franklin Blvd at 2-3am let alone to jumping out of the car to stand outside waiting at the order window for some donuts lol) 😁.
