T4 South Sac — Restaurant in Sacramento

I love T4! I came here around 5:30pm after I picked up my kids from school to get a treat. When we walked in, there was one employee at the front door talking to a customer and one behind the register. We were looking at the menu, when my 8 yr old son needed to pee. Like really bad. I asked the guy at the register if there was a restroom he could use. He said YES, but there is someone in there right now. While we waited for the restroom to be available, the woman employee at the front door told us the restrooms were closed. I asked nicely if could use it because he really had to go. She proceeded to yell at us saying it was closed. I pointed out the sign at the front door saying "Restrooms are for customers only" She then proceeded to tell me it was closed for covid and that it was broken. She then got on her phone and walked to the back out of sight. The bathroom opened up, and out came another employee. The door closed, and before I said anything, she said "oh you need the key." And gave me the key. This was all before we ordered. I don't know what the woman employees problem was. If she is the manager, she needs more skills in training the employees and talking to customers. She was being a flat out rude. I will not go back to this location because of thi and I bring my friends and family here many...

I always find myself coming back to this T4 location because of their incredible Basil Popcorn Chicken and the refreshing Pomegranate Rose drink. These two items have become my go-to favorites, and I honestly can't get enough of them. I really appreciate that I can call ahead to place my order. This ensures my food and drink are prepared and ready for me by the time I arrive, which is super convenient, especially on busy days or when I'm in a hurry.

The quality of the food and drinks here never disappoints. The Basil Popcorn Chicken is always perfectly seasoned, crispy, and delicious, while the Pomegranate Rose drink is a unique combination of flavors that I just can't find anywhere else. Whether I'm stopping by for a quick late-night snack or craving something tasty during the day, I know I can rely on this T4 to deliver.

On top of that, the staff here is consistently friendly and helpful. They always greet me with a smile and are happy to answer any questions or accommodate special requests. Their excellent customer service makes the experience even better.

The cashier Jenny was super rude. She made coming here super unpleasant and we had a large order (7 drinks and food) and she rushed us through as if she didn’t have the time of day to help us. She ended up messing up on our order, adding in an additional drink, and we brought it to her attention before she had made the drink. She started complaining back to us as if there was a point in making another drink and forcing us to take it. Luckily her coworker thao was super helpful kind and friendly. She understood the miscommunication and acted as a liaison between us. And also later explained to us how us not liking our drink was on our end since we put no sugar in it but she would happily add more sweetness to it. While Jenny loudly complained in the back in exaspwration that there are no drink remakes.

I understand that most people will not read this review and care, it’s a personal matter however I hope the owner/manager reads this as I had no other way of conveying how upsetting it is to deal with an employee who is unnecessarily rude...
