Worst experience with a taco bell EVER. All of my items were wrong and 2 of them missing. I had 4 items that were asked to have no meat on them and to sub beans. All had meat. And the other 2 items were non existent. I got all the way home until i relized they were wrong. Bit into a mouth full of beef (im vegetarian and havent ate meat for 4 years) Took my food back and had to wait in a super long drive thru until i could tell them the issues with my order. Once i got to the window i was told that they didnt mess up the order and i told them i have the food in my car and they can have it to see. But i wasnt sure if they could take it because of the covid guidelines. The lady at the window rolls her eyes and slams the door and comes back a few mins later with one item. So i wait patiently thinking that they were just finishing up the rest. She then comes back to the window and says "did you need something??" With lots of attitude. I said you guys messed up my whole order im just waiting on the food i ordered i thought. She proceeds to tell me that they only messed up on one item and idk what else to do for you. Needless to say im livid. Hence this long review. Never got the right food and was basically told im S.O.L. Taco bell on Broadway has the rudest crew that should not be employeed anywhere near the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreUnfortunately there no way to given this location 0 stars as this is what the restaurant deserves. The female who took our order was not engaging resulting in having to repeating my order to her twice. We pull up to second window and the second female is rude an says move to front ; (Itās right turn only and youāll have to find a way to make a u-turn and drive back to the front of the location). The female rolled her eyes then as she closed the window said moved to the front. Keep in mind Taco Bell has a counter inside near the window timing them on how fast they get orders out. When the male brought out the food we asked for the managers name and contact info. The male did not know anything and shrugged his shoulders as he walked away mumbling. The manager Dan walked to the front door twice and did not come outside. After calling the store; Dan stated he couldnāt give his supervisors info... then gave a name of Gladis and stated she wouldnāt be back until Tuesday. You could hear him huffing and puffing as he was explained that his staff needed more training and better customer service skills as the timer wasnāt as important as customer service. Dan and his staff need more training badly. Taco Bell on Broadway is the worse...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOh what to say about the taco bell.
First off. I'm trying to get the little merit badge for leaving long reviews so it's kinda when they paid Charles Dickens by the word.
It was the best of bells, it was the worst of bells.
No actually it was just consistently taco bell.
I liked the digital menu. Having a slider for vegetarian options is a nice gesture and the animation is a hoot.
I almost got that vegetarian Mexican pizza but I went for the double Decker thing instead. It was a mistake but when you're a vegetarian or really anyone eating at Taco Bell you start to realize that it's the same dozen or so ingredients arranged in different ways so you can't go wrong.
I'm not sure if that's enough words for the merit badge so I'm gonna say that I've got something to say but I'm never really sure what the point is.
I heard that the thing about paying Dickens by the word might have been a myth but they are 'paying' me in game Internet points on a social media platform about maps and reviews.
If you've read this far only got one more thing to say and that thing I need to say is. Sorry not sorry. Bring back the spicy...
