Tried this spot during a food truck event and it totally hit the spot. I went for one of their loaded bubble waffle cones and it was stacked with ice cream, whipped cream, toppings, and sauces all perfectly balanced without going overboard. The waffle was warm and soft but still had that little crisp on the outside that made each bite fire. Flavor combos were creative but not too crazy, and everything tasted fresh.
