Capitol Casino — Local services in Sacramento

I ordered food from the restaurant about twice a month. The food is always good and reasonably priced. The portions are quite big. I have been going to Capitol Casino for about 10 years and have always received great food and great customer service.

I used to sometimes purchase cigarettes at the cash counter. I was always in and out. I had two very friendly pitbulls with me all the time. When I would go in I would tie them up outside. Although I always had bottled water with me, I thought it was sweet that the security guards would bring them water and would be playing with them and would bring them water. The security guards were always kind to my dogs. Unfortunately, they were twins and were 16 years old and passed away 4 months apart from each other. The security guards always remembered me and my dogs and were very kind when I told them they had passed. One went out of his way to console me, because when he asked where my dogs were I found it hard to speak and I started to cry. He probably doesn't know this, bit his kindness got me through a tough spot that day. It was a sad day when one of the guards was shot and killed while doing his job. I think everybody in the...

I visited Capitol Casino for the first time, on 5/14/24!!! My Buddy took me up to play some Poker!!! This Monday Night was pretty busy, but parking wasn't a problem!!! They had about five tables of 1-3 NLH available and I was able to sit right away, since I had checked in on the Poker Atlas App.!!!

The atmosphere was nice, I liked that they had a separate Lounge Area, the player's were very friendly, and the Dealer's did great at controlling their games!!! I played for about eight hours, so of course, I had to grab a bite to eat!!! There's not much I do eat on-the-go, so I immediately went for the Garlic Butter Salmon!!! That was my one disappointment of the night, it wasn't available!!! 😪😪😪 I ended up ordering the Terryiaki Chicken with lots of Veggies and that was excellent!!!

Overall, this was a great first experience!!! How can you go wrong when you get treated well, eat good, and win money??? 🤣😂🤣 I will be back soon, hope to see some of...

For Friday evening this place wasn't very busy we got there super early in the morning in hopes the restaurant was still open which it was. I would expect that a casino regardless of how small or large it is gave sodas away for free end of story charging a dollar per soda seems a little overrated especially we were purchasing a meal between the other party and myself our dinner plate was $35 and an additional $5 for drinks when the super small cup is basically just full of ice and barely any soda actually in it that's the only negative part I'd have to say about my experience other than that the food was unexpectedly delicious and I was so excited to have leftovers to take home and eat off was not very busy and the speediness of our service was okay it could...
