Wendy's — Restaurant in Sacramento

This was weird, but it's finally my up at the drive through window and a man kindly walks in front of my truck to work out a late discovered discrepancy with his order (dining room must have just been locked after he left) As he's waiting, a lady drives her car up the the window, of course in the opposite direction cutting me off and parking close to guy at the window and nose to nose with me, I was preparing for someone to come out and rob the place, but instead an angry lady gets out of the car and storms to the window cuting off the other mans conversation and demands replacement fries for her ice cold fries. They gave her 2 boxes of fresh fries which I think was a good idea and quickly got her in her way. I finally get my order and expected something to be wrong after what I had just seen and sure enough, my fries were not bad, but seemed over cooked dark brown yet limp as a noodle. I had to stick them in the air fryer when I got home and that perked them up. My burger was good, but the bun seemed a little soggy like a 7-Eleven burger. I love Wendy's and they have a good 30 year history with me, but there's probably a bad seed at this establishment location that either needs training or needs to be on their way. Ordered a large COOKIE ice cream sundae. Paid $3 and some change. They handed me a large sundae, no cookies. So, I ask where are the cookies. They tell me oh well you ordered a large, so I THOUGHT you meant a regular sundae because the cookie ones don't come in sizes. So, they hand me a small, tiny bowl with melted ice cream and one whole cookie on top. I ask what the price on this is because it's so small. They say it's 50¢. So I ask do I get any change? She says, oh yeah hold on. Then she gives me $1.95 back. So, she gave me the wrong item, assumed I knew about the one size for a new item on their menu, didn't think to let me know or check to make sure what I was wanting to order, gave me the wrong change AND on top of all of that gave ME attitude. I am never going here again. This was horrible customer service and the sundae was melted when she finally gave it to me so I didn't even end up eating it. I love Wendy's, but this was the worst experience I have ever had at any fast food restaurant. I expect the cashier to to at least acknowledge that I am a customer and squeak out a simple thank you but don't even think she looked at me when she gave me my change. And that was the least of the problems I encountered. I had asked for a plain baked potato for my side, and an extra order of bacon/cheese fries. When I got home with my order they didn't even give my bacon fries at all, instead I received two (2) plain potatoes and a sandwich that had absolutely nothing on it, just two pieces of bread and a dried up piece of chicken. No lettuce, no tomato and no condiments. It was so dry I couldn't swallow it, so I washed it down with the lemonade I didn't want. So for $16.90 I got screwed. I threw most of it away.
