Ordered through the app. It went through like everything was fine, went into the establishment to pick up order just to be told they're short on staff and can't make any food. Asked for a refund, $40.88 to be exact, and was told there was no management and that if we wanted a refund we could come back tomorrow and try to get it...... we're out that money and will never ever be back.
Update: we made the worker call management, which was an argument in itself. Management said they can't/won't do anything about it and since we ordered through the app that they won't refund our money. ✌️
Update a few days later: Also reached out to corporate that night. Turns out they had heard nothing about the situation. The grill was never down like the workers proclaimed and they never called an actual manager. Obviously the workers are negative star reviews and just being beyond lazy. The email we sent off was acknowledged, management out of Tucson reached out to us and gave us a full refund and a free meal and was very unhappy to hear about this happening at the Safford location and said it would be addressed. Read moreMy husband and I stopped in on our way to Phoenix. I ordered a #4 (Western burger) and it had no onion rings on it. My husband ordered one of the boxes and they sprinkled fries in his box. He got maybe half a small. They also did not make his burgers plain as ordered/asked. I ordered a large for the sole purpose of the sweet tea and was told they don’t make it. Maybe this is true, but we travel alllll over the country and this is the first Carl’s Jr. to not make it. In addition to all of this, the food wasn’t even hot and we waited about 20 minutes for our food when they weren’t even busy. So, basically they didn’t want to make it 3 hours before close. Read moreDrive through to pick up order and they tell you to go around to the front to pick up order and then they let you set there, I go into store to pick up and the Manager schools you on the protocol of drive through and that drive through clerk delivers their orders first and then takes food out for on line orders.
