Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Safford

To the owner s of jack in boxes I like your French toast and your hash brown.but let me ask u when u where kids how did your mother fix. Grilled cheese sandwiches I know my mother put butter on the outside put a piece of cheese sliced inside and throw it on the pan and cooked it it was brown and the cheeseburger melted the other day I went in to get a grilled cheese sandwich what I got was too grilled cheese would that soft cheese on top of it to me that is not a cheese a grilled cheese sandwich. And I asked the lady if she could just put a slice of cheese and butter on the toilet and toast it she said that's not how we make it and I told her that's how globe makes it I stop being globe every time I come through there to get a grilled cheese sandwich because it's not messy to eat when you're driving and I love it I bought two and I had throw them both away because I couldn't eat them so I went back and ordered two more but I told the cashier that I want to slice of cheese and the bread they came out good I wish you would change your menu on...

I went there a couple of weeks ago . Got home about 25 minutes later , checked the bag & found I was missing a Double Jumbo Jack with cheese . Called them on the phone & they said I could back & get it to which I declined due to the distance from my home . She said she would write my name down & next time I came I could get my burger . Went back to Jack about a week ago ,placed another order & explained the missing item on my previous order , she said my name was not written down but would make sure to get the burger in the bag this time . Guess what ??? No burger in the bag . With the price of Jack in the box these days it's a luxury to get fast food these days . I think we will be going elsewhere...

Great food. They have a play area for kids and it's my daughter's favorite place to go. However, the kids play area has been deteriorating and falling apart. It's sticky and gross. My daughter brought me a piece of foam (she's 2) and asked if it was food. I told her no. But now its hard to take her there. We brought the state of their play area up to their manager months ago and she said she was grateful. We even took pictures together. But nothing has happened since then and it keeps getting worse.

Overall, it's still a good place but it's getting harder and harder...
