Burger King — Restaurant in Thatcher

I went to the drive through about 7:00 am and ordered. When I got to the window, the laser that calls everyone hunny, darling and sweetheart complained to me how there were only two people working. She was flustered and commented how her husband was sick and so forth. I gave her a $20.00 bill. She gave me back a dollar and change and said she would have to go get me the $15.00. She asked me to pull out of the way. I waited for my food. She brought me a bag with my chicken sandwich and another sandwich that was sausage on sour dough that she was letting me try for free. As I checked the bag, I realized that she forgot my hash browns. I went in to get them and she just apologized over and over. I left and it was not until the next morning when I went to my wallet that I realized she had not even thought about the additional money she was to give me. The manager said that the drawer was not over, but sometimes she will hold out the money if she knows she owes someone and to come back on Monday for it. Went back Monday and she was not there and no help from the management. Went back Tuesday and the sweetheart, darling lady said she remembers taking it to me at my car, but if she needed to, she would pay it to me. Like I had stolen something. That did not happen and I am so disappointed in this Burger King, their staff and the uncaring manager. And...I more than paid for you sour dough...

Should have walked out before ordering, but my son wanted Burger King. Employees were VERY loud and unprofessional, I understand it's a fast food place, but still serving paying customers. The topic of discussion for the employees was abortions and taking "the pill". Apparently, one of the young ladies working is currently pregnant. I got to hear how another employee almost chose to abort her child 5 years ago because she decided to"stop taking the pill". She finished that with "I decided not to get rid of my baby and here we are 5 years later". She then yelled to the so called cook "Drop some more of those pancake things because (blank's) baby is angry and hungry". Now I'm sitting here waiting for our order and I had time to write this review. Eating area seems to be somewhat clean. Definitely weren't waiting for my food! It was not fresh at all. I think I'll be contacting the manager or regional manager. If you're a fan of Burger King, STAY AWAY FROM THIS BURGER KING! Wish I could...

We stopped here on our way to visit my son for his promotion ceremony for becoming a Sgt. and we were coming from Phoenix to El Paso. Service was pretty good when we went through the drive through. My mom ordered a burger and I just wanted something light to tide me over so I got chicken fingers. Well at first I thought the chicken fingers were pretty good... by the way I got the regular because my stomach issues, I can't have the spicy ones, especially not when I am trying to drive on a long trip. So I am about halfway through them and then they become very chewy, gummy and I notice that my nose is starting to run and my tongue is starting to burn. It tasted like I had gotten the leftovers from the day before that had sat under a heat lamp for almost a day. It was horrible!! You could tell the rest of them were that way as well because they were all much darker than the first ones I ate. So I definitely wasn't happy about that. But my mom's...
