Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Saginaw

I ordered 2 orders of pepperoni pizza puffs.I got home open the box and these were the most overcooked puffs I have ever seen.I called up there the girl who took my order answered the phone and when I told her about the issue she laughed and told me she would replace them if I came back .I informed her I just got off a 12 hour shift was picking them up for my daughter and was not coming back up there today this was Monday 3/24/25. She asked me my name and said she put it down and I could come pick up a new order the following day.I went up there around 4:30 pm.3/25/25 I spoke to a gentleman told him the issue he said he was going to get his manager I waited 20 mins he came back said she wasn't the manager working the day before and I would have to call and discuss the issue with the manager who was there the day before.The manager never came up front I think this was totally disrespectful over some $4 pizza puffs when I'm ordering there at least every other week, they will NEVER get my...

Got pizza tonight 12/30/21 around 6pm at the Gratiot(next to the Old Town Drive-In).Got 2 pizza with 2 bread sticks combo. Got our first pizza right it was all pepperoni, the second was supposed to be half pepperoni/black olives and mushrooms we got pepperoni/bacon forgot the bread combo so the lady charged us for bread then charged use for the sauce separate. When we told them they made the wrong pizza they told use they could remake it but charge us for the new pizza. The price they charge us for 2 pizza 2 breads and 2 sauces $26.00. Also we had the pizza and bread well done and it was not. We get pizza there all the time not happy at all, the night supervisor was working tonight and she was the one to charge us for their mistake. Not happy at all and will be taking to the store...

I've been a customer over 15 yrs because I live down the road from them 1/2 mile away. They have denied my business now for over 3 or 4 months because of Door Dash. I get flyers in the mail all the time saying delivery yet you can't get delivery if you pay cash anymore. As a valued customer I'm very appalled by this. The flyer says delivery but I've been denied it over & over ever time I get a flyer so now in filing a lawsuit for false advertising & discrimination because I choose not to use credit card ! I only ask if this has happened to you that you contact me & join me in this lawsuit. I am tired of Corporate big wigs not paying attention to valued customers . They've made their decisions & now I've made mine see you in Court soon...
