Old Town Drive-In — Restaurant in Saginaw

I visited Old Town Drive In for the first time Tuesday early afternoon. The food was pretty good and so was the customer service.

My only issue was when I arrived home I noticed I was missing a order of small fries from my meal and I was charged for it on my receipt. When I called Old Town Drive In to let them know I didn’t receive the small fries I ordered my same waitress answered the phone. The name on my receipt is (Amy S). When I notified the waitress I didn’t receive my order of small fries with my meal she became angered and she responded by saying “I know for a fact I put fries in your bag because I made it myself”. The waitress also asked me to check the floor of my vehicle because they might have fell out of my bag. After checking my vehicle I called back to let her know the fries were not on the floor of my vehicle. She then told me I can come back to get a order of small fries.

I never had to go through all that for a missing order of small fries before in my lifetime. That ruined my first experience with Old Time Drive...

Food tasted great! Very poor packaging. Got some shrimp, fries, coney dogs, and corn dogs. Corn dogs were delish. Coney was undersauced. Fries seemed unsalted, but were cooked well. Shrimp was great, but upon eating a few, I noticed the fried oil had melted the styrofoam. There was no paper barrier to prevent this from happening. Gross! Tossed all the shrimp in the trash. I haven't been here since I was a child. Might return for some Corn Dogs someday, but I'm streering clear of ever getting take out here again. One missing paper barrier on the styrofoam ruined the experience for me and my family. Attention to detail is very...

I absolutely love this place there is alot of love in this place. I was recently here for the rootbeer and a handicappable lady car started to overheat..and smoking .. Nobody offered to help but the waitress and myself ..I called the tow truck place so she could get her vehicle moved. Tow truck guy gets there and says he can ride her in the back covid 19.. I get it cool .. THE waitress was a superhero that day and got her home safely . I'm very proud 🙌 of that kind of service .. just being a honest and decent human being ... I will forever take my family here ...next time I'm in town..cause that was...
