I honestly can't say enough about this place. As a greenhouse associate at a cannabis farm, I have more than enough experience to know what quality products should be like. I can say that I feel is one of Saginaws best kept secrets. Honestly, the products as well as the prices are fantastic. That also includes the line of "economic" cannabis that in my opinion is better in some cases than what is considered "top shelf" at some other establishments. However, and not enough can be said about this is, the employees here are very much a large part of what makes this place a great establishment. I have been going to dispensaries sice 2018, and I have dealt with an assortment of both security and budtenders. Common varities are the security guard who believes that he is Dirty Harry who percieves every customer as a threat on par with the Unabomber, and the very stoned, couldn't give a care about you, what you want, why you are there, their job, or anything for that matter, Budtender whose knowledge base goes only as far as the products price. You will find neither here. The gentleman who works security, rather than being gruff and making you uncomfortable from the moment you walk in, does just the opposite and not only provides security, but also good crowd management and queue. Now, the Budtenders I found not only very knowledgeable, or beyond willing to go the extra mile to obtain answers for you such as asking another employee or using the internet, but provide this level of customer service at 9:11 am only 11 minutes after this establishment opened, the time I visited today. Point being, no burn out doofuses here, rather, alert, kind staff who are not just focused on how much money they can make off one sale. The kind that will happily recommend a $35 product that will perform at or better than say a $100 plus product. This has happened at this location more than one time and also at various times of the day ie..different staff and different shifts. I am aware how long I have rambled on, must be some of that "fire" flower I just got from here. In the end all I can say is don't sleep...
Read moreThis was the first time I went into this Premier dispensary. I usually go to the one other one because they usually have the deals I’m looking for. But I happen to stop into the new one that in the old spot that the Hamilton bakery was in. It looks great in there . Everyone I dealt with was nice and courteous. My bud tender did a great job also. I told her what I was looking for and she got it done right away. The only problem was I was supposed to get a free pre roll but we both forgot all about it . It was more my fault that I didn’t mention it . But other than that my experience was good. Thank you Premier dispensary. I got to premiere more than any others and if premier doesn’t have what I’m looking for the other one called House of Dank they always have great deals and good people to deal with. It’s definitely an amazing thing that you can just go to a dispensary and get what ever you want. I never thought I’d see the day that we could actually get to do this. But I’m so excited that we can do this any time we want. Happy smoking or eating all the great things the dispensaries...
Read moreI recently visited premier cannabis and was initially pleased with the idea of a “changeless” policy, where they round your total up if it’s $.50 or above and down if it’s $.49 or below. This seemed like a convenient way to avoid dealing with small change. However, I noticed something questionable when I checked my receipt.
My total was $17.49, but I was charged $18.00. Upon closer inspection, I saw a “no change” fee of $0.01 that caused the total to round up, even though it should have been rounded down based on their policy. It appears this fee is applied consistently, ensuring the total is always rounded up rather than down.
This practice feels misleading, as it effectively adds an extra dollar to every purchase. I hope they address this issue to maintain transparency with customers. If you’re planning to visit, keep an eye on...
