Today Feb.9th, 2021 my wife and I visited BOG Brewery. We were excited because we had a great time in 2019 during our first visit. In 19 we had a several beers and the bartender/owner told us about the craft beers made by BOG and interested facts about the city. Bought the beer and t-shirt !

Well, today we did not have the same experience. The bartender was not interested in our being there. She ask what you want to drink, no question or descriptions of the beverages offered, poured our selection/guess set in front of us and then continued to stand on the other end of the bar until a friend came in. (We were the only two people at the bar until then) She began to have a lively conversation with him and ignored everything else. She told him she is graduating from college in May, I hope she is not going into a role that faces the customer.

As our glass became empty she looked over her shoulder and asked do you want anything? We said no paid and left. No T- shirt, no $100 + worth of sales like in 2019.

Many people have indicated they had a good experience, and until today I was included.

I have patronized 100s of breweries, wineries and distilleries across the USA and other countries; and hate to say this experience is in the top 4 worse visited.

I suggest the owners to consider communication what they want to this young lady to represent. If you want to be a local watering hole where only the locals are welcome you are well on your way.

If a local craft brewery destination; you missed the...

Definitely the best brewery of the 4 in the city. Full bodied beers here with good flavors which is not what can be said about the other 3 breweries. Check out my reviews on the other for my opinion on the rest. Only thing is their customer service could use some work, they took my wife's beer beer before she finished it, then when she brought it to their attention that she wasn't finished, the server gave her a new pour at the mark where the beer she took was at. Not to be petty, but had that been me that had made that mistake of taking a customers beer, I would have provided a full pour. Mind you it was only a 4 oz pour of the flight we ordered, and she seemed annoyed to have to pour it after it was...

Nice selection of brews in a variety of sizes and flavors. Samplers of 5 brews are available to narrow down your choices. The "Taco My Blessing" food truck out back was OUTSTANDING! We had the Mahi and chicken tacos (2 separate dishes) and they exceeded our expectations. The taco truck will be closed for the next few days as the build a pergola out back to provide some shelter for diners. Dine in, or dine outside, your option. Saw several take out orders depart while we were waiting for our order, a tribute to the quality of the truck. Try it, you'll be happy you did! Prices for beers are...

This place is real cute. Very comfortable vibes, love being able to see the little brewery setup right from the taproom, and most importantly, awesome beer! The small but varied taplist will still likely have something any craft beer lover will enjoy, and they offer incredibly well-priced a la cart flights so you can try a bit of everything. I found one of my favorites to be the Port quad, which is aged in the Port barrels from the local San Sebastian winery (which is aged in Bourbon barrels from the also local St. Augustine distillery!) An absolute gem of the Florida microbrewery scene.

Being a local, NOT NATIVE (that's a whole nother thing), this is a solid brewerypubfood stop. Its a cool old building, great bones, was a neighborhood grocery drug store way back. Close your eyes and imagine. Check out the ol knobs. Outdoor seating, indoor seating, one kinda intimate spot, and a bar. Nice array of brews, choices beyond the hipster IPAs, blech....all taste the same. The bartenders are all low key, people youd drink with. The food, the smallest food trailer in SA, maybe. Me? I go burrito, tasty. Enjoy SA...I put this brewery #1, lol, but its a tie...
