Florida Cash Inc. — Local services in Saint Augustine

I will say I absolutely love coming here. I am new to the FL area I am from CA . However, I have come in a few times before to sell gold, and a few rings. Offered price always seemed adequate. Today I came in to get rid of a few purses that I no longer used. I was offered $70 for both a Dooney & Bourke (small scratch on the leather) & a Kate Spade (like new condition) Hot Pink Color; both being much older versions. I was content with the offer. I was ready to part with them. However, my 5 star review goes towards the EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE from each worker I have come into contact with. They are all so kind, polite, and so welcoming of children. It shows how family orientated the business is. That travels far for me when I stop into businesses with my daughters. Great spot, I will be a forever customer. Give them a gander, they have nice items for purchase, you can always expect to be treated with respect, and it is a great feel all around....

Beware selling electronics that are logged into your accounts!! I sold a Nintendo Switch. Yesterday I logged into my account on another device and found my name changed and my games had been played. Luckily no lasting damage was done (I think) and I wasn't locked out of my account that has thousands of dollars in games purchased. I had intended to pick this device up, so hadn't wiped it myself, however they are supposed to factory reset all devices and this obviously was not done for mine! This could be disastrous for someone, depending on the device (imagine it had been a PC?). Perhaps an employee used my device or gave it to their child (it appeared a child was playing it based on name, games played/downloaded, etc) but either way they did not wipe the device as they are supposed to based on policy and basic pawn practice. So, wipe your devices if you bring them, just in case circumstances prevent you from picking them up like...

Florida Cash is an amazing store to go to. The people are very friendly, nice and respectful. One day when I went to the store, I had Christina Usina helping me. I told her a few details on what I was looking for and it was like with the little bit of detail, she knew exactly what it was. She was very patient, always had a smile on her face, and never seemed to rush me! When I go back, I will definitely call ahead to see if she is working, because I know just from past experience how helpful she is, she will get the job done with knowing what I’m looking for!
