Outstanding company and the greatest family owners. EXCELLENT owners! Tommy was the greatest and he felt like we were old friends. He went out of his way to ensure that our experience was top notch. We were visiting St. Augustine for the first time, and on our return to our hotel we noticed two Slingshots sitting by the garage. We asked the owners (Tommy and Crystal) were they renting Slingshots from the hotel. Tommy let us know that they were working on setting up the service at a later date. Tommy and his wife were the best representatives of GREAT customer service that I had experienced, EVER! Tommy took time to explain everything about the Slingshots to me and my wife. And he even took me for a ride to cement the experience that I thought it would be. Again, over the top customer service. We booked a rental for the next day and drove down to Jacksonville for the experience of a lifetime. We met their son Dylan, who could not have been a greater example of a young man who was taught well by his parents. Dylan was great with his instructions and training for my wife, and she said it was professional, informative and he was an outstanding young man. Great job to his parents. We will return to the Homewood Suites in St. Augustine, just so we can go out on the Slingshots for a longer ride. Homewood Suites just got a return visit because of Seaside Slingshots. It was a great hotel, but that is for another review. Dropped in without a reservation on a Sunday. Did a two hour slingshot rental. Fuel was low so Tommy (owner) accompanied me to the gas station to fuel up and give me tips on driving it. Super nice and helpful. Told Tommy we had four adults that would be taking turns giving the kids rides in it. He mapped a loop of the area he said would be nice for each adult to drive and sent it to my phone. It was a little over 30 minutes for each driver so he said not to worry about coming back right at 2 hours. After a couple driver changes the Slingshot started running rough so we decided to bring it back and arrived after the 2 hr mark. By this time we had gotten two hours of fun out of it, so I planned on just turning it in after reporting what it was doing. Tommy was apologetic and offered for us to do some more riding in a brand new Slingshot he had. I gave my dad a quick ride since he hadn’t gotten to experience it yet and came back a few minutes later. When I went to turn the keys in Tommy asked if I wanted to try a new electric vehicle they had. I was able to get a quick ride with my son and my dad before the sky broke loose.

Tommy was professional but extremely down to earth and friendly and made sure we left fully satisfied with the experience. He felt bad about the first vehicle and the weather even after going above and beyond to make sure we got our money’s worth. The folks that run this place are wonderful. This is a family-run business that treats customers like family. I wholeheartedly recommend anyone trust Seaside to enhance your visit to the city.

THE BEST rental experience I have ever had! My Girl Friend and I were in St. Augustine and wanted to rent one of the Moke's to rip around the town/beaches. Came across Seasides number and called, right away excellent customer service began. The younger guy who answered (so sorry I forgot his name, but the Son of the owner - also FAMILY OWNED which is awsome) and told us all about the cars. We called 20 minutes before they closed trying to book for the next day. He was awesome, we went to rent a specific colored one and he told us that car was having a slight issue, explained it, and then we simply decided to rent a different color. THAT was refreshing, sure the car was completely drivable and it was just the battery meter, but he didn't even attempt to slide by it. LOVED THAT. He locked us down a car for 9am the next morning, explained what we needed to rent and cost and boom! Done! Next morning showed up, car was fully charged, and really took the time to explain the whole car and how it worked. Suggestions for driving it and where to go! Then we signed a quick release and we were off. Car was SO FUN, made my girl friends year! We ended up all over town, hit the state park and even got ocean side lunch. TOO Cool. Dropped it off 4 hours later, and he walked out, greeted us, simply handed him the keys. Done! Easier than Hurtz lol!
