Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Saint Augustine

Terrible service. My family gets pizza here every week. Same order. Same price. Every week. This week, just now in fact, I got to the store about 45 minutes after placing a phone order to the same store we've been visiting for years. No pizzas are ready. They don't even have us in the system. I order the pizzas again and subject myself to another wait, and the guy at the counter, some tall guy with a short black beard and no stache, smarts off to me: "Well, do you want the pizza or do you want to just leave?" He also tried to sell the pizzas for an inflated price, compared to what we usually get.

So I don't know how long this guy has been working here. I've never seen him before. But, under his watch, the store fails to take a simple phone order, and when a customer ordered a second time, he got snippy, as if HE were the one being inconvenienced. I was just trying to pick up pizzas for my family and this dude invites me to LEAVE before he offers to actually help!

Obviously, we're never getting our pizza at this store again. Not so long as this creel...

This is by far the worst pizza experience ever 30 minute delivery time turned into 1 hour and all I get is this thing that looks like old pizza not even fresh tasting. I stopped ordering from Domino’s because of that. I don’t know what I’m gonna do but I will order out somewhere else. Last time I ordered carry out back on November 4th, the guy cutting my pizza was eating breadsticks or other food at the cut table, that is highly not allowed in the food industry. it’s not worth calling and complaining just to hear someone say the words, I’m sorry. If you’re behind on deliveries sounds like you need to hire more delivery guys and have your delivery guys not do multiple deliveries which delays food and...

Today was a joke if there was an option to give them zero stars I would. Items were forgotten and we told them it was okay please just bring them before our food is cold. They’re 1.7miles away from the house it’s a 7min drive. An hour passed and we still hadn’t seen or heard anything regarding our order so we called only to have the girl be rude and then when she was asked for a refund so we were put on hold for another 15mins. The phone picked up to “thanks for calling papa John’s what can I get for you today” the girl meant to hang up on us and put us on hold by mistake. I’ve never had such a terrible experience ordering a pizza. Very very dissatisfying and...
