I understand the place may be short staffed, but I placed an online order through the website, came rolling up to the drive through 10 minutes after 8 a.m. and I was never even greeted. When I attempted to roll up to the usual check out window I ran into an issue where I saw an employee for a moment, but they quickly stepped out of my view without even acknowledging me. I attempted to go through the front, but unfortunately there actual floor was not open yet. So instead I went back to the drive-thru, tried to just speak into the intercom attempting to cancel my order. I still receive no response.
Luckily I was able to cancel the order through the website, but with great inconvenience to myself.
Normally during these times, I would blame it on the short staff for positions like these, and have no real issue with the accommodations, but this has been a pretty frequent event at this location on Vine Street since before recent events.
I wish there was at least an acknowledgement to tell me that they were too busy, or too short-staffed to complete orders during their open times. Other locations even have signs, as well as updated hours to reflect this. But there has been no communication from what I can tell outside of receiving no service.
I would be happy to update this review during a later time when I think that they have adequately accommodated...
Read moreFirst the computers went down and I had to wait 10 minutes to order. Then I had to wait another 10 minutes to get my food. When I asked to give me my food without the fries, as I was not worried about the french fries, the guy screamed at me and then slam the drive-thru door shut to yell at the other coworkers. I can hear him through the window and he was upset, not sure if he was cussing but he was certainly upset with me for being upset that I had to leave. I get the situations happen with technology but when I see people laughing and not thinking about getting the work done and having a good time at the same time, which I'm all for it to make it a better work environment, that's where I'm upset. I didn't even eat my food because I didn't know if they did something to it when I simply said I don't want the french fries just hand me my bag, and he ended up slamming the door shut to get my French fries anyway. Don't know if it was spit on if somebody did something with my food but I certainly did not eat it. It's a fast food restaurant it's not a five-star restaurant. Things are supposed to be quick and easy not complicated. It's really not that hard to do that...
Read moreI went there with my daughter for a quick bite. It was completely empty inside, only myself and my daughter. There were cars outside waiting for drive thru.
After I ordered the lady disappeared to the back and I could hear the 3 of them talking about boyfriend problems. After about 10mins the guy from the drive thru comes in and told me had been waiting for over 30 mins. I decided to wait another 5mins.
I went up front to ask for a refund after I saw the same old fries sitting there for the 15mins I was waiting and the guy from the drive thru still hasn’t got his food.
The lady was rude about me wanting a refund and had to get the manager. They need serious managerial help at this place, the staff has zero interest in serving guest and only interested in gossiping.
I wish I would have looked at the reviews before going in. I am certain the health department would shut it down if they had a pop up inspection.
The only positive I can give is that I got my money back and was able to go to skyline...
