Came here on Wednesday, April 7 around 7:50 PM and unfortunately I hate my meal. I spent around $20 (just for me in) just for my meal to be way too salty for me to eat. When I walked in it was filled with about four teenagers one took my order while two took turns while talking making my sandwich. I told the younger lady at the register (she had blonde hair with highlights) to please not at any salt on my fries because every time I come here they’re way too salty she said OK she will remember that unfortunately she did not the young man with dreads I think started off helping to clean the floors and somehow he ended up behind the counter making my sandwich without washing his hands, and with his mask under his chin. it took about 20 minutes the longest I have ever waited at Penn station because once again they were conversating. if you go here I recommend you go earlier in the day around open because then the manager would be there and your food will be edible. Like I said tonight‘s dinner was way too salty in both the fries and way too much steak spice in my sandwich literally my sandwich is orange unfortunately these younger people do not know how to run a store, there’s too much playing going on both with each other and unfortunately...
Read moreI hope the owner sees this.. Your night shift employees are closing down early and telling customers their system is down right around 9:15, at times. It's upsetting. The restaurant is closed today 9:34 pm on a Friday, and they don't even look at you while you're reading the times on the front door. They know they're not supposed to be closed. It's not exactly all employees, it's mainly the two African American females that have a short tempered, and unkind attitude. Each time they are working, it's always that pattern. I will try to follow up with names. I spend on an average of $19 on my own, and $34 with my wife. I don't see why the owner does not follow up with their employees behavior. If it continues, I will have to stop completely purchasing food at this location and spend my money elsewhere, which I will surely miss, because I live in St Charles and love this place. I'm doing it for the owner of this current location, because It's locally owned. Even if it's a franchise, a local person owns it, and I'm trying to show support to their business. I would add that during the day, it's a very excellent place. It's the little things that make a huge impact....
Read moreI've always been a fan of Penn Station, but my last experience at this location (maybe 2 months ago) has ruined it for me and I won't be coming back. Employees were not wearing masks. They're preparing food without wearing masks. I asked the girl at the counter why they weren't wearing masks and she said the company doesn't require it. Well, sorry, I require the people who make my food to wear masks. All of the customers were wearing masks, it was just the employees who weren't. I had placed my order online, otherwise I would've just left but I had already paid. Arrived about 10 minutes after placing my order, was told it wasn't ready, waited in the store for a half hour, and then asked for a refund because I never got my food. Girl at the register looked like she was going to cry because it turns out my food was sitting on the counter behind her the entire time. Another customer complained about his wait time and when he left the employees were very loudly talking negatively about him for all the customers to hear. God only knows what they said about me after I left. Your entire company lost me as a customer from...
