Papelon Arepa Bar — Restaurant in Saint Clair Shores

This is the food truck located outside of the Papelon Market. They also have one that travels to different venues. I've never had Venezuelan food before, so the people working were very helpful. I didn't have to wait too long for my food but everything was delicious.

The prices are reasonable. The parking is close and free. Highly recommend the arepas, croffles (in the market) and a pistachio latte (in the market).

Best food truck in the area !! I just ordered an empanada and cachapa from them through DoorDash and had to order twice because the initial order was never delivered. I think they may have realized this when they saw my order come through again because they also threw in some tequeños and upgraded the cachapa for free🫶 super sweet of them, and it really made my night especially after an exhausting shift at work. This truck was parked at the Oak Park Film Festival so I thought I would try give it a try and I’m so glad I did.
