Eating a well-made burger and fries outside on a 75° May evening is glorious. Saw this place the other day and added it to my list of Metro places to explore. (And it's proximity to several as yet unvisited breweries doesn't hurt 😉😋) Rolled up about 5:30, scoped out the menu board and put in my order for a Quarter burger, sans cheese, and a medium(small) order of fries. A possibly pedantic point: You can't really have a medium without a large & a small. They don't have small so medium becomes the small by default. Lesson over. A few minutes later my made-to-order burger/fry order was ready to pick up. Fortunately, the folks in front of me heard them call my number because without some kind of PA-like system, I'd've never heard them. Too much ambient sound - kids, parents, music plus traffic on Harper. The burger was delicious without adding condiments so I did not. Some ketchup for the copious amount of fries was all that was needed. As much as I wanted it, I skipped the array of frozen custard and toppings on offer. It wasn't easy but there's a limit to my caloric intake daily. I left 30 minutes later sated and ready for my next stop, a brewery down the road. Priorities, people. 🍺

So we came here for the first time, we got sliders, fries, onion rings , And the pretzel pub burger. After we ordered the food we walked around to the front and got custard and watermelon dole whip! I mean it wasn’t terrible Food, it just wasn’t for us. The onion rings were really good, the fries had no seasoning no salt nothing on them, my husband ate two bites of his pub burger and threw it out said it just wasn’t a good burger at all, the sliders not much flavor either . That’s just our personal opinion, the service was great, they were friendly. Honestly we will be back for the frozen custard and ice cream. I tried watermelon dole whip which was fantastic and I will always get the Dole whip, my daughter got a simple cup of vanilla custard which was fantastic she said and we did order a Reese’s peanut butter cup flurry which was loaded with Reese’s peanut butter cups and that was absolutely wonderful , so I will for sure be back to this spot for ice cream and custard.

Ummmm… I’ve heard of this place for months but why am I just now trying their DELICIOUS custard?!? Seriously, it’s now one of my top favorites!! So creamy and dense. 🤤🤤 The woman working was so friendly, and even let me try a sample of one of the Guernsey flavors, which was also very good! This is a perfect walk-up window setting with plenty of outside seating for you to bring the dogs, kids, whoever… just be sure you get here before Oct. 6th, their last day of the season for their delicious ice cream treats. The food truck will continue to stay open to serve burgers, tenders and hot dogs, and more. I am definitely their stopping back for their ice cream nachos and their hot food menu!! Great small business with a big heart!
