Ordered delivery, which is amazing that they offer this without going through a food delivery service. Ordered 4 meals with fries, 3 cheeseburgers and a chicken tender meal. Delivery was super fast and the girl who delivered was very kind. I was told the cheeseburgers were good by my boys, I had the chicken tenders (which maybe wasn’t the best decision) they were very thin and small, I think good for a child but I personally wouldn’t order them again. The fries were crunchy which we liked but tasted maybe overcooked a bit or double fried. The food came hot which was great. Now I did find a hair in my chicken lemon rice soup which is a no for me. Overall I would say, we will try it again on a night I don’t want to cook or leave the house but we will likely try something different. I'm only giving Jimmy's Coney Island 1 *, because that was the only way to take this survey. I have been there numerous occasions, to pick up food for others, today was the worst, a order That was supposed to be ready for pickup, even after I arrived at the time the order was supposed to be ready, I was told that the order had just come in, which I knew not to be true. And that the order would be another 20 minutes, the order end up in an actual extra 32 minutes for a total of a 40 minute wait. And the other thing was as I've noticed with other visits many of the employees are not friendly, and are not welcoming. The first thing they ask you're placing an order of picking up an order, not may I help you or hello, and I noticed many other employees don't ever smile, and are just plane face most of the time. I ordered Mr Beast Burgers from here twice, the first time which was about 3 months ago was AMAZING. So amazing in fact I decided to order breakfast from here 2 weeks ago. My food came burnt. Thought maybe it was a fluke and ordered Mr Beast Burgers again. Glad it wasn't my first time because they were TERRIBLE!!! The presentation wasn't there, came wrapped in aluminum foil. For those that don't know Mr. Beast has special packaging. The buns were stale, they were totally smashed like somebody stepped on them. The Chris Style burger had 3 fries on it.
