Dunkin' — Restaurant in Saint Cloud

Visited this am. Drive thru was not moving at all. After 7 minutes sitting in front of the screen/speaker to order, without anyone speaking, I parked to go inside. The store was in complete disarray. Coffee grounds and stains all over their work area, garbage overflowing, milk stains, and food wrappers everywhere. Cash wrap area was no different and so was lobby. No napkins filled, garbage overflowing and floors dirty w what looked like spills that had dried up. There were a total of 8 employees, 3 sitting (doing orders and paperwork) 5 behind the counter. Not one greeted me nor helped initially. I waited over 5 minutes before being acknowledged. The girl was very sweet once she acknowledged I was there. I ordered an espresso drink and 2 donuts. The espresso was served from an already there cup (not sure how long it had been sitting there. No fresh making). She stepped away to get donuts from the back and that took another 5 plus minutes. A complete shame given how busy they are and how precious people spending money is becoming given the economy challenges. I encourage management and owners to review standards of operations. There is a Starbucks opening literally right across the street in the next upcoming months. In a world where you have been the only choice, people are forced to deal w the above less than stellar standards. However, these same clients are about to get another alternative that will likely cost you multiple dollars, impact your payroll/overhead, and in turn impact the very same employees that failed to deliver the exact thing that keeps...

I have gone to this dunkin two times in the last two days hoping the second time it would be better the second time around and i was awfully wrong. the first day, i went through the drive through i ordered 2 coffees and 2 donuts only to find out 1 of the coffees was horribly wrong and the donuts are simply opposite of what i asked for. they gave us a new one and new donuts as required which wasn’t awful but cmon. it’s the second day that wowed me. i went back the next morning (because it’s close by)and there was a line of 2 people inside and 2 people going through the drive through, and i was first in line and had to wait 10-15 minutes before someone even said “be with you in a second” meanwhile 2 of the workers are sitting there on their phones having a blast while we WERENT being helped. before the girl came over to help me, (they are all immature and younger then 20) she started eating some of the food their with her BARE hands while making our drinks. this time our drinks were right but the two donuts we ordered were wrong again. so they gave me 1 more and it was wrong once again, so i asked for a wake up wrap and left with anger. the workers are slacking and don’t care to maintain a healthy environment, i will NOT be going back there. don’t come to this dunkin unless you want unsanitary food, and a 20 minute wait when your in line by urself, and 3 re try’s before you get the...

This has to be one of the worst Dunkins I've ever patronized in terms of service and accuracy. My coffee order is wrong way more than it is right, if I get my order at all. Once they completely forgot to give me my food after I paid and had me pull to the 2nd window. After waiting about 7 minutes and watching all the cars behind me come and go with their orders, the employee came to tell me they forgot to put in my order and it would be a few more minutes. I waited an additional 5 before I had to give up and go. I should have learned my lesson then, but this location is the most convenient being right on my way to work. I've officially given up after today when, as the drive thru cashier handed me my coffee and I questioned if the order was correct (they hadn't put in the pumpkin swirl) they told me they would fix it and give me my fixed coffee at the 2nd window. Another employee brought me a cup (again with the wrong label). I asked her, this one has pumpkin in it, right? She replied yes, she just added it. I thanked her and went on my way. Imagine my disappointment (and at this point a complete lack of surprise) when I tasted the coffee and it is still completely unflavored...
