After work today approximately 6pm I ordered a large cheese pizza over the phone. So I went in to wait for my order that said to be completed in 20mins but that was the least of my problem. The problem is me and another customer saw the manager in the parking lot under his hood putting oil in his car. Moments later he walked through the back door put his bag down and immediately went table to place pizza in boxes. Me and the other looked at each other both noticing that the manager did not wash his hands. So me being serve safe certified I called him over and asked him to wash his hands. While speaking with him I looked at his and notice black substance on his hands all the while he to me that he was touching the pizza with hands and he was using the pizza spatula. I told him I did not matter you are dealing with food and can you please wash his hands.

Well, more than once we have either scheduled a time for pick up or have been told, 30 minutes, only to get there and find the pizza has been done and sitting on a shelf.
