Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Saint Cloud

After work today approximately 6pm I ordered a large cheese pizza over the phone. So I went in to wait for my order that said to be completed in 20mins but that was the least of my problem. The problem is me and another customer saw the manager in the parking lot under his hood putting oil in his car. Moments later he walked through the back door put his bag down and immediately went table to place pizza in boxes. Me and the other looked at each other both noticing that the manager did not wash his hands. So me being serve safe certified I called him over and asked him to wash his hands. While speaking with him I looked at his and notice black substance on his hands all the while he to me that he was touching the pizza with hands and he was using the pizza spatula. I told him I did not matter you are dealing with food and can you please wash his hands.

Nice place, I like their pizza. They have a large variety of specialty pizzas so I'm sure everyone can find somethimg they love. Their dough is on the sweeter side, which I like because I'm a sugar addict. The only complaint I have is they get their pizza done too quickly. Weird right? Why would I complain about that? Well, more than once we have either scheduled a time for pick up or have been told, 30 minutes, only to get there and find the pizza has been done and sitting on a shelf. One time my order was completed 45 minutes before my scheduled pick. By the time I got it home it wasn't even warm. I'm all about efficiency by when it comes to hot food, you need to have your timing right. It can't be, get it all done as soon as possible and just put it on a shelf until...

Very disappointed I have had Marcos pizza before from other areas and I love there pizza,never had a problem with them,but I live in Saint Cloud and ordered from Uber eats.food was hot but pizza was not presentable ,at Marco’s pizza they seemed to have laid a rack on top of my pizza,,I called they admitted it can the cheesy bread,rack,they just apologized have a good day, no refund,,,they throw it to Uber eats, Uber eats just refunded 5 dollars nothing else,that was the tip money right there,I lost,,,what kind of business doesn’t have spoilage,that has to send a smashed up pizza, they wouldn’t even replace for another pizza,,,they denied to help me,,,a customer a client,,that’s hard working money,,,,not a good way to...
