Im not one to write reviews but this place deserves what I am about to say. Just passed by today through the drive thru. Customer service here is the worse service possible. This Hispanic blonde lady I don’t know her name, she’s most likely the person who took my order… no idea if she’s the manager and if she is I CAN TELL WHY THIS PLACE HAS SO MANY BAD REVIEWS. She was super rude while taking my order kept interrupting me (not to ask questions about my order) but to READ IT BACK and I wasn’t even done, mind you my order was two meals! like let me finish. Like aren’t you supposed to read back orders at the end? Also she kept on saying “What?!” When she didn’t hear me… this lady is pushing 60, did no one teach her “excuse me, can you repeat that?” Or “sorry I didn’t catch what you said”… “What?!” Is so tacky but honestly I can’t expect anything more coming from wendy’s and their staff. Idk maybe these people should take a little trip to Chick Fil A and learn some real good Fast Food...

I say hello when I get to the window and she just looks at me with hand out for payment. Hands drinks and food out with no thought to customer service. Get home and half my order is missing. Have to go back and the man helping her says sorry. No straws for drinks in bag either. I agree with reviewer stating this place was great first few weeks they were open, but has gone way downhill since. Customer service is non existent in this location. Too bad because there are other options in the area that give better service and attention to detail. It's no coincidence that there is a line around the building at the place across the street. Read moreThe service today at this location was awful. First of all, we had to wait 15 minutes from the time our order was placed until we received our food. When we checked with an employee, we were told they had "given" our order to another person by mistake and they would prepare another. 5 minutes later we finally got our food. The order was wrong, so we had to go back to the counter and get it fixed. While we sat and ate our food which was about 15 minutes, two other people came up to the counter and said they were given the wrong orders through the drive through. So in a total of about 30-40 minutes 5 mistakes were make. I came to this location when it first opened and had a bad experience, but it was new and I cut them a break.
