About 11:40 am today (a Monday) I was at the drive-thru because the lobby was closed (first red flag), and the drive-thru took at least 12-13 minutes even though there were only a few cars in front of me. I ordered one sandwich; a Frisco Burger single, no customization, and no combo. I left, jumped on the highway, unwrapped my sandwich, and started eating it only to discover that one of the two pieces of bread was tough as cardboard. It looked fine, but it was leathery and hard. GROSS. And totally unacceptable for an EIGHT DOLLAR sandwich. I tried turning around, but being on the highway I had to go a couple more miles to get to an exit. A little while later at the restaurant I explained what happened, and (to her credit) the gal at the drive-thru was apologetic and said they'd make me a new one. I waited another 10-12 minutes to get to the window, and even once I got to the window I still had to wait yet another 5 minutes before they had a sandwich for me. Again she was apologetic, but look...at this point I checked the clock and it was exactly 40 minutes since the time of my previous order, and she didn't even think to offer me something extra for all my hassle. She could have offered to make it a double, or to give me a drink or dessert. Even more appropriate would have been for her to offer me a coupon/pass for a free sandwich at a future visit (because I was only hungry for the one sandwich today). But nothing. She offered nothing for my 40 minutes wasted due to their sandwich maker's carelessness or ineptitude, or due to clumsy ineffective team procedures, or food management processes or whatever. Read moreThe cashier with red hair was exceptionally rude. We tried to order side items and menu items on the menu and she told us they weren't available except for like specialty meals, and even when we tried to point out that they were listed as available as a menu item without that she told us no. After waiting 15 minutes and the customers behind us had their food we went up to ask what was going on and she's like it's coming. Just sit down and wait at which time the general manager did step in and say hey I've got two new people in the back. I'm really sorry things got behind . Ivan was telling her what happened when we were ordering and she was trying to talk to me about it and employee was behind arguing about what happened saying I wasn't talking loud enough for her to hear me and just being very argumentative even with the general manager standing right there mind you I was talking to the manager, not employee. The customers that were right in front of us, their food was put on a tray by this employee and left on the end of the counter, instead of trying to notify the customer that was in the playland with their children that their food was ready. If this continues at this location, she will chase away business. Read moreI had gone thru drive through at 12:09pm. 3 cars in front of me. Ordered a ham and cheese $5.10. 16 mins later I got to window. Paid and rolled out. Got back to work just down the road. Sandwich bun was like a brick. Seriously no embellishment. Only soft part of bun was the crown. Small part. Opened it up to see it. And there was 3…. 3 slices of ham on there. I worked fast food for 35 years. And we all have bad days. But to serve a $5 sandwich with 3…. 3 pieces of ham on it. You should be shut down. What a disgrace, and total disrespect to the public. Shame on you for your service. Not just the store, the entire company should be reprimanded for this. The person at the counter, was pleasant and offered me a bigger ham sandwich! Nope!
