Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Saint Francis

Are you kidding me? My wife and I love dairy queen and recently moved to the area and needed to find a new dairy queen to make our usual spot. Sad to say this is not the location...the staff is completely rude and not at all a pleasant experience. The kids who work here seem to be more concerned with themselves and what they're doing after work than taking the time to get an order right. One of our usual orders include switching chocolate sauce for chocolate chips which was never a problem at our previous location. When ordering this at the Layton location the employee at the window confirmed this through the speaker and when we got there handed me a blizzard with chocolate sauce. I made him aware that that is not what I ordered. He then said it would be a $0.70 up charge for the chocolate chips. Appalled by this I told him the order was incorrect and that we didn't want both, just the chips, the rude kid then asked for my card again do he could charge me the 70 cents. I said no and told him this is terrible customer service and his response was, and I quote, "you get what to pay for". Needless to say we will never return to this dairy queen again and will find another location to get our business for...

My girlfriend and I will never be coming back to this location. We ordered the Oreo hot cocoa blizzard and received a vanilla Oreo blizzard. If you bring up the site it clearly shows chocolate ice cream and not vanilla and it tasted nothing like how it should taste. We talked to the manager and she said that they’ll replace our order next time we go. The next day comes around and we walk in and explain the situation to a man and he starts getting an attitude. He then gets the lady who gave us a call about getting our order replaced and she starts making our blizzards. The man comes back with our blizzards with another attitude and hands us the same blizzards we got last time. So we just took them and left since it seems that the people here don’t have basic comprehension skills. This place has been like this for years now and I’m still surprised they’re in business. After being explained many times and showing pictures they still couldn’t get it right. Either hire new people or close...

Normally I'm fine going here. People are normally friendly.

Tonight was different. The guy at the window didn't seem thrilled to be there and just stood there watching everyone work.

I ordered a medium blizzard w/Xtra PB cups and cheese curds paying $14 something.

Get home and take the lid off the blizzard and see the cup wasn't filled. There was a good 1/2 inch left. Remove the spoon and it goes even lower.

No extra PB cups, barely any in the whole thing, and couldn't even get a full medium blizzard. It's already annoying that the medium size used to be the small when I was a kid, and they can't even be bothered to actually give me what I paid for. So much for giving myself a bday treat tonight😒
