Cousins Subs — Restaurant in Saint Francis

I want to say thank you so much for the club sub well made. It was delicious. I have been having trouble at this time of night(9:30ish) getting a descent sub at another location. I never have problems at this location, always great subs. I would definately recommend this location. Thanks again for make my night with a smile.

April 27, 2025 Update: I came to this location cuz I thought I would have a great sub again at 9:30pm for work. I was very disappointed this time. One is I had to have money on me because they weren’t taking credit cards at the time. I was glad I had cash on me. The 2nd thing is the subs were not up to par. The tomatoes had holes in the middle taken out and the sub was very watery. Hardly any onions on it maybe 2 small strands and my ham and cheese didn’t have the seasoning on it. I got to work and opened it up and I had to throw it away. It seems at nights going through drive thru, you get bad subs. I had this at another location, now this one! And the money we pay for the subs these days, we should get a good sub not garbage. I hope the manager of this location talks to their employees about giving garbage to...

Went here around 830 pm thru the drive thru, ordered a turkey kids meal n 2 reg tuna meals, was charged about $25 which is about right, was leaving the drive thru and checked the order n they gave me 3 mini kids subs, so we went back, she said she thought I said all kids sizes, which would have been about $15, so if I had said that, which I did not then I was way over charged, well she said well give u the reg size subs no extra charge, had to wait about another 10 mins, got home only to find out they were the right size but just tuna n tomatoes n lettuce, in the description it has them listed w mayo, onions pickles, tomatoes and lettuce, so I guess if u want them how they are advertised u must say that, and good luck with getting it right still. Think I'll just go to subway next time, better off. And this wasn't the 1st time my food has been completely wrong. Came here with a few people and had separate orders cuz we are separate people. But because most of my group was elderly I ordered for them. This whole crew including manager has a difficult time understanding plain English. They had a difficult time getting our orders straight even though it was clearly stated on the receipts what we ordered and also could see what we got and what we didn't get yet cuz we were dining in. We got a total of four subs in two sides. They forgot two of our subs and a side. I brought the receipt up showing them what I was still missing they had a hard time understanding which subs needed to be made and that we still needed a large fry. Finally got the two subs no fries so I have to go up again and ask for my food. The manager brought it out asking me why I wasn't getting my food. I didn't know you guys are making it!!
