Although this doesn't appear to be much of a park from the outside, once you walk in a little bit you will see what it truly has to offer. This park is right on the Virgin river and while it doesn't offer a lot of amenities, it is a wonderful place for playing in the water. It is shallow and sandy, great for skim boarding, even has a small waterfall. Every once in awhile you will even see deer.

This is of course a natural river in nature, so make sure you watch your kids and be careful. There is also a single garbage can so please throw away your trash.

For being as minimalistic as it is, this park is actually very well kept. If your looking for a place to get out of the heat, while this won't actually get you out of it, it will certainly help...

I have mixed feelings about this park. First I really like the playground and the swings are so fun! But the cement slide is wayyy too much! It’s super steep and depending on what kind of fabric your pants are you will go flying off that thing. Both of my kids have gotten hurt every time they have tried it. I really avoid going there because of it.

Edit to add: I do highly recommend that you wear jeans if you do go on the cement slide! It slows you down a lot more. DO NOT wear leggings, gym shorts, tights, etc. You will go flying or get hurt if you do. I will also add that playing by the river there is SO fun. It’s definitely worth going. Just be cautious about the...

Took my Granddaughter there this past weekend, and she had so much FUN! There is a climbing structure that looks like OZ...it is even green! Her favorite part was the giant slides that go down the hillside. She then came up on the rocks to get to the top and would repeat the process over and over... for about 30 minutes she continued to play just on that! There were a lot of kids/families, and there were enough things to do that no one had to wait for the play equipment to be available. Just lots of kids having...

Such a fun park for my kids. My kids from age 3-15 all had fun here…and that’s a big deal. To find a place that all 5 of my kids enjoy is a feat. There’s a river nearby that my older kids explored. The “slide of death” was amazing (ages 5 and older is recommended since it’s rocket fast). Sand volleyball area, covered pavilion, bathrooms and water fountains with COLD water—so terrific.

Loved the cement slide.

The park is fun and the main structure has enough shade. The cement slide is actually fairly aggressive so proceed with caution. My daughter and I flew off the end and she ended up with a fracture in her foot and I have a softball sized bruise. Wear clothing that will slow you down like jeans. The walk to the river was nice and the water was low enough to play comfortably.
