I have to honestly say this was the worst sandwich I think I've ever had in my life, the kids Had no clue on how to help the front counter out, it's one of those shops where they have another shop, the drink shop added to their store. The kids on the front counter had no clue what was going ,on one was trying to pick ice and told me to wait while he was picking up so I waited there for 10 minutes waiting for someone else to come up front the line was getting long behind me and all the kid cared about was chipping ice and getting ice all over the food the Fresh vegetables it was absolutely gross ,the health department needs to go in there and see what is going on because of the cross food contamination the funny thing is is we put our lives At risk every time we walk into one of these restaurants and order food from them if they don't have the proper training we could die simply because they don't know what they're doing or the training has been lack of, But back to the sandwich I spent the extra money got that new "HOT" prime rib steak sandwich, What a joke that was I should have turned the sandwich back in,THE MEAT THEY MICROWAVED WAS STILL COLD !!! WE ORDERD 2 OF THE SAME THE SECOND WAS MICROWAVE BURNT SO HOT THE CHEESE MELTED OF THE SANDWICH but then I'd be afraid of them doing something to my food it just was not a good situation at all, That's my 2nd visit to port of subs and my last visit, that was absolutely terrible the 1st visit different scenario different time different store what a Train wreck... Management should really focus on their employees yes customer service and right from wrong, spend a little bit of time spend a little bit of money get your act right or you lose customers and they leave bad reviews like this I will not spend another dime with your store what a pathetic joke, that was my bad, For making a terrible choice. Once bitten twice shy, bit twice shame on me, RISK OF GETTING SICK BECAUSE LACK OF TRAINING AND PROBABLY NO FOOD HANDLERS LICENSE!!!! LACK OF INVESTMENT IN TIME SPENT WITH EMPLOYEES, YOUR GM SHOULD BE FIRED!!!! BUYER BEWARE, SOMEONE IS GOING TO GET SICK,THEY BANK THERE MONEY ON THE HIGH SCHOOL KIDS ACROSS THE STREET, NEW SLOGAN FOR PORT OF SUBS " LET US...
Read moreI recently had a fantastic experience at Port of Subs and their drink spot Sipsanity. The subs are always made fresh to order with high-quality ingredients and the staff are friendly and helpful. The menu has a great variety of options, and I especially love their pastrami melt sandwich. The sandwich was piled high with tender and juicy pastrami and the bread was toasted to perfection. The portion was generous and the price was very reasonable.
What sets Port of Subs apart is Sipsanity, their drink spot, where you can customize your drink according to your taste preference, whether you want it sweet, sour or spicy. The drink I had was perfectly balanced and refreshing, it was a great complement to my sandwich.
The restaurant is always clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere is inviting. I highly recommend Port of Subs and Sipsanity to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying meal. I would give them a...
Read moreAbsolutely the worst service ever in my entire life of any location - restaurant, retail, anywhere. Went to the cashier to pick up my online order. The cashier said it would be a few more minutes. After 15 minutes waiting, a girl came up to me and stated I was early and to come back 15 minutes. 1) I was not early. 2) In the event I was early, why didn't the cashier say that to me or somebody else said that to me instead of waiting for over 15 minutes? 1st and only time I will ever visit a port of subs. What is the purpose of an online order/preorder for my organization if that will not be honored? Therefore, I had to depart without my order. Returned over one hour later and was told my order will be ready in about ten minutes. Received soggy, nasty sandwiches. Again, we'll never visit Port of Subs for business or personal reasons. ...
