This was the ABSOLUTE worst McDonald's we've ever been to, and trust me when I say I've been to some that I didn't know it was possible to be worse than!! My fiance ordered 2 iced caramel Macchiato's which the girl acted like she had no idea what they even were, he basically had to tell her how to make them and they still ended to being completely white and tasted like pure milk on ice with a little bit of caramel sauce. We LITERALLY threw them away, and you don't know how much it pains us to throw away coffee drinks that we paid for, but they were TERRIBLE. One was supposed to have an extra shot of espresso in it but there's no way it could've because like I said they were both COMPLETELY white, no hint of coffee taste whatsoever. This was a surprise trip to St Louis for my fiance's birthday and this was how our day began, it was not a good start to the day. We left and went to Starbucks where he had to pay almost $6 to get the coffee he really wanted. I called on the phone to complain and could hear the manager in the background say "I'm too busy to talk to anybody" while I sat on hold for over 7 minutes getting madder and madder by the minute. Finally I just hung up and figured I'd call corporate when I got home and handle this issue. Even after doing that the only remedy to the situation is to send us a $5 McDonald's gift card. It's not about the $, it's about the fact that the employees at this St Louis McDonald's are not properly trained in how to prepare products that they sell, the manager was "too busy" to even get on the phone and nobody even came back to tell me that, they just left me sitting there listening to everything going on in the background. Read moreIt's kind of hit and miss sometimes you get workers who you have to repeat the 3 things your ordering multiple times and getting up to the 1st window and wait for them to come take your money and definitely get your receipt or every time they forget stuff which is almost everytime I've been there for the last 5 yrs lol because when they forget your food they can't believe it and need to see your receipt so you may wanna ask for one .double check your food when you get it because I'm telling you they sre very very bad about leaving things you paid out of your bag..now the last 3 times I've went in the last few months the people taking orders can hear and are very polite .the girl that collects the money is super sweet and the woman who has been giving me my food is very friendly and super nice .so I say take the chance unless it's in-between 4-550 they say they are short staffed even though you see 5 workers in there just chilling when you drive away all mad cuz it's supposed to be open 24 to hours a day so that's shoer annoying that happened to me probably already about 7 times just this year 2022 and it's only may ..I recommend the nice workers and the food is usually fresh and delicious other then that just say a little prayer that they get your order right and dont ruin your day or mood just because they are un happy and un professional..but again some are awesome it's more common to run into issues of them forgetting things in your bag but didn't forget to charge ya and then act like there's no possible way they could have been...
