I hate to make a bad review but the experience I had today couldn’t go unnoticed.

First, the menu prices you see online are NOT the same as what they will charge you. I ordered a chicken chimichanga and online it says $11.99 and I was charged $13.99 on my receipt. Just a heads up!

Second, the service I received over the phone from Emily was horrible. She tried to tell me their Flautas do not come with chicken when I am looking at the “Flautas De Pollo” on the menu. She then said “I can’t hear you” very rude like and hung up without even trying to fix the connection issue and miscommunication. I then had to call back to try to re-place me order and she finally got the order correct after I told her I am reading the menu and it’s stated CHICKEN.

Upon my arrival there was a very rude drunk lady that was making everyone uncomfortable and staff just ignored her very flagrant slurs towards customers.

Lastly… after receiving such a terrible customer service experience via phone I see a 10% service charge on my receipt.

I’ve been here many times and always loved the food but even the quality of my chimichanga today is burnt and my sour cream is watery. I’m not sure when I will be back. Surely hoping this was just a...

Small little dive restaurant, authentic Mexican place. Being honest, this place would probably be seen as sketchy by some people. I don't mean to sound insulting but there are some cleanliness issues and it seems geared toward catering only to Mexicans. It is certainly an ethnic experience. However I love going to the authentic places like this and those issues didn't scare me off. Staff was quite welcoming and their food did not disappoint. Had 3 three soft tacos, very simply made but looked and tasted great, topped w/onions and cilantro and a lime wedge. Also free chips and salsa with any food order and a thickly pureed jalapeno sauce that is killer!! So flavorful and spicy but not crazy spicy. I am definitely returning when I'm nearby, wish I lived closer because I'd go there just for the jalapeno sauce. Anyway, highly recommended for the food, not so much the atmosphere. But definitely go and if it's not your scene def get some food...

since moving down to the area finding good mexican food has been a struggle. the food is either sub-par or the food is pretty good but crazy expensive. this place hits both boxes. The food was very good. The price was just right, about $30 for two adults with no alcohol. the salsa wasn't a standard I'd say american salsa that nasty blan tomato paste they put out at most places. this had tons of flavor as well as tasted very fresh. I will say there hotter salsa which is usually my go to just tasted like Puréd Jalapeño I'd go back to the drawing board for that one. The food on the other had was very good, filling, and as mentioned very well priced. we will be going back during happy hour for some good food and hopefully...

This was the only place I ever ate at because its authentic Mexican I been coming for over 3 years now this whole year my food been messed up poor customer service I understand the language barrier but when I turn around and show you my plate looking like this all I got was a shoulder shrug usually they have the three divider to go trays if they did not have them they should have separated my toppings and sides in the salsa container I just left because I do not like having problems my food was soggy from the beans and sour cream last time I was missing things

Just like you, I found this place on Google maps and it was well worth the trip. They have authentic Hispanic food. I think based outta Honduras, the atmosphere was fine. Didn't really feel the Latin experience through decor, but I'm glad that the servers let me practice my Spanish with them. They were so nice and welcoming. The food portions were huge and it was tasty the first day bonus for my lunch the next day. I had some real guava juice it was really good. I can see myself coming there just for the juice alone. Highly recommend!
