I ordered a pizza and one ranch dip then walked around Schnuck's next door because it usually takes about 15 minutes for the "hot and ready" pizza to be cooked. Came back and waited and waited and waited. At the thirty minute mark, so I wouldn't forget and to expedite time, I grabbed one ranch dressing cup (since nobody was manning the front counter for at least five minutes). As soon as I did, the manager comes out of the back and yells at me in front of everybody for getting the ranch dressing myself instead of allowing them to do it. I underhanded the ranch dip cup back to him, which I thought he would catch, and he went nuts. Canceled my order and told me to leave. He kept saying he was the GM of the store which I already knew. He usually does a good job and seemed pretty cool in the past. I've been coming in at least once a week for about four years. I thought it was pretty petty to embarrass a regular customer like that over grabbing a ranch dip that had already been paid for while all the employees were in the back leaving the front unattended for that long. Maybe we were both having a bad day. I don't know. I was in a good mood up till that moment - looking forward all day to enjoying a LC's pizza. I've been having to live out of my un-air conditioned car for a couple of weeks and I was just hungry and hot and trying to expedite things. I meant no personal disrespect to him for grabbing a ranch dip myself. It didn't seem fair that I didn't get my pizza which I had paid for and waited for. Bad...

I informed the staff that they should have their mask on appropriately and properly took my pizza and left. Got home and noticed that there was a long dark hair going across my pizza. Took the pizza back to the little Caesars and talked to the cashier. A young Caucasian man came from behind the back with long hair that hung past his shoulder leaned over and looked in the pizza box and him and the cashier saw the hair. The young man with the long hair with no hairnet stated that he was sorry and I was given my money back. No one in the establishment that was dealing with the food haf on hairnets. The two females work also had long hair with no hairnets.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy husband just went up to pick up our order that was placed through the app. My husband walks in and immediately goes to the portal because the app notified us that this is where our order is. There was a young black male who was at the register with his hood on his head and ear buddies on and he did not even acknowledge my husband or ask if he needed help when he realized our order was not where the app said it was. With a very dismissive tone, he told my husband, " Well if it ain't in there, it ain't ready." My husband informed him that thr app said that our order was there. He again said, " Well if it ain't in there, it ain't ready." A white female came from the back and asked for his name and then actually looked for our order, located it, and was very polite. I hate to say it, but the service from this young man is the very reason that people avoid dealing with us. He should be in the back or maybe he should be in a personal and professional development class. He truly needs...
