Simple Simon's Pizza — Restaurant in Saint Joseph

Very poor service... Had to wait 2 hours for our pizza to get delivered... The pizza was cold and the delivery boy (Quiton) forgot half of our order had to make two trips then... Couldnt get a manager on the phone to let them know about the problem... The delivery boy very rudley said he still had to get paid... Wouldnt tell us who the cook was... Next day called still couldnt get manager on phone... Did talk to a girl that said she was very sorry she would redo our order again and have it delivered free of charge... We accepted then got a call right back from the delivery boy from the night before said he could not do that because HIS BUSINESS would be losing money if he had someone remake it then deliver it we HAD to come get it because they would need manager to sign off on it... My advice dont have them deliver your pizza and if you do and have problems dont expect to here from a manager because apparently they dont have one just a bunch of kids tryin to run a business and...

My boyfriend ordered our pizza online and when we went to pick it up the the girl at the front counter says oh I gave your order away. My boyfriend asks what do you you mean you gave our order away? She states oh someone just came in with your name and said they were picking up your order. The girl at the counter acts like this is not a big deal. She just says she will remake it. I explain our information has been hacked if someone just came in here and used our name. She then proceeds to argue with me and say the system is not hacked. But when I explain there is no other explaintion of how someone got our name unless she just didn't do her job and just gave our pizza to a random person. The girl had horrible customer service refused to give me her bosses number when I asked. Then when we ask for a refund she tells us to just call a number. This has been the worst experience ever! I would not recommend using...

Simple Simon’s stromboli is amazing. We always get carry out, but the dining room is always clean. When we’re feeding a large crowd, The Beast pizza is always fun. It’s seriously huge! However, they recently raised the price, despite all of their social media posts referencing the old price. When I asked if they would honor the price posted, the worker said she was the only one there and wasn’t allowed to do any price adjustments. I don’t fault her at all for this. I do think on a Saturday night, a pizza place would have at least one person on staff that could make price adjustments. Despite this recent disappointment, I would still recommend Simple Simon’s. Just know that The Beast is now $50...
