This store has been slowly getting worse over the last year, and now they have completely given up on caring. I made my order 15 Minutes before close because I had just gotten of work and wanted to have an easy dinner. After about a Minute and being told my pizza was in the oven I got a call from the store telling me that they weren't making orders for the night, and I wasn't going to get my pizza. He DIDN'T offer anything to compensate or even attempt to give any form of actual apology. He just said OK bye, and hung up. I attempted to contact support, but the only option was to call the store. When I called back I started by stating I was upset, in hopes that it let my intentions known and give them a chance to change the situation. Instead I revived a confused "OK?", and the conversation quickly went down hill. By the end of our conversation, he had informed me that he was THE STORE MANAGER and that it was my fault for ordering 10 mins before close, and that he didn't deserve my attitude. Continually shrugging of any sort of blame for his actions and told me to "Complain to whomever." We finished our conversation with him responding sarcastically "I am Sorry, what do you want me to do", and getting defensive whilst trying to tell me he was being honest and was actually sorry, when I called him out on it. I understand that the Food service industry is a trying place and you are not always show the respect deserved, but you CANNOT treat customers with this sort of disrespect. And you cannot tell people you "actually care" when your actions speak so contrarily.

Read moreI am upset with my latest purchase here at my usual Dominos. I ordered some boneless BBQ chicken that had cheese and bacon -please see the photos of what was shown on the menu vs. what I received.
But my dear Dominos- how could you look at this and act like "this looks super appealing and JUST like what they will expect" and send it right out the door? Is there no one going 😬 we should redo that, it is truly unrecognizable).
As you can see from the photo it's nothing but a chunk of burned cheese, possible chicken*, PLUS the smallest amount of BBQ sauce you can imagine that was literally just sputtered here and there. *= I only knew it was chicken because it said so on the menu. I don't mean to be a pain in the ass- but when ya order 2 pizzas with 2 toppings that are supposed to be 6.99 they end up being 8.99 (even though I didn't add anything additional) and then I paid $6.99 for the chicken atrocity my total was over $38.00 with the "special deal" . Read moreMy buddy and I recently placed a pick-up order online at this location and arrived about 15 minutes after the order was confirmed. However, when we got to the location our food was not ready. So we paid for our pizza and waited for about 10 minutes before we asked about the status of our order. Apparently, there had been a mix up with orders and the delivery driver took our order out of the store. After the manager realized that we had been waiting for so long she gave us a free drink of our choice, which was awesome. When our pizza finally arrived we were more than ready to get out of there, but the manager stopped us once again because she wanted to refund our money. Even though the experience was a little annoying, the great customer service outweighed the inconvenience that it caused my friend and I.
